So they havent asked you photos of yours this time.. right? Photos submission was done only for PPR-1?
They ask for photos in PPR1, those photos are scanned and then printed onto the visa itself. That visa is dispatched to Islamabad Embassy via their diplomatic mail. Then the applicant is asked to submit the passports to Islamabad embassy. Which has the Visa's printed with the scanned photogrpahs of the applicant. All they do is verify the authenticity of the passport via Pakistan's FIA and passport control offices, and then just paste that visa on the specific passport. |

I got the rejection letter today stating that "I am not eligible for processing in the category of NOC 0213". If i was eligible 2 years ago when they did initial assessment then how can they disqualify me now.
Can i have the option to register the appeal? if yes then what will be the best time period in which i have to do that.
Valuable comments are required urgently.

Thanks sam pk............... I have send all document of my 1.5 year old son along with update document request from LVO, although i have received my medicals request on 9th April, 2012 and have done all medical formalities on 23 April, 2012.
Should I ask/send CSI to VO regarding my son MR or let them contact me regarding my son MR.
please advise.

Sorry to hear that. Yes you can file an appeal within 30 days from the letter date to the concerned visa office. Or you can file a case in federal court canada within 60 days of letter date. But this will be very costly option. |
