dear arsh..i also think SELDEC should be 1 and not 4. its selection means eligibilty and not about inteview. lhr montreal is right interview can take place any time..some people got call after medicals.

They can verify documents which you have sent from your Birth Certificate till todate. Best of luck

Where is the word INTERVIEW used? Please specify and here waived means pending.

you mean they will verify all documents..what do you mean by birth cirtificate?

I mean they can verify from the day you were born till todate which you have written in your forms. I hope you understand. And if they have any concerns thay can send you an email/letter or can call you for an interview. And always remember whenever you ask for caips they always hide the important issues from the caips. Ok I might be wrong, I am not a professional Smiley .. I have learnt from my seniors and from internet.... Might be my perceptions are wrong as I have found this info on internet as well that 4 is an interview waiver however if it is not.... then you are right...... what else I can say... Normally people are not called for interview after Medicals however exceptions are always there... so we developed here that CAIPS cannot portrays the status of interview at any stage not even for SELDEC stage.....

No no dear I dont mind at all, I said I have learnt from this forum and internet, not a professional... So I am still in learning phase..... thats a new learning for me today that CAIPS does not answer your every question or atleast interview status at any stage... so why should I mind bro... I learnt a new thing to share  Smiley Cheers......
