Dear guys i noticed that hundreds of pre June applicants got in process status or got rejected in first review by LVO in last to months , so i predict that new guide lines for fsw is coming soon and will be implemented to those applicants whose status is not in process so LVO is working hard to those applicants who are waiting first review to convert them IN PROCESS This is my analysis only  |

Logically it seems OK. As lot of people got and further getting in process only with no medicals / additional documents. Those may would be considered under new guidelines... |

Applications are processed as per the guidelines implemented when they were received, not as per the revised guidelines.... but the important thing is, if they are selected for processing ... otherwise applications which are not reviewed can be slashed by any guideline....... |

That means they can only delay the decisions for In-Process cases...may be they would be considering the issues like visa allocation for 2012 & 2013 in terms of each NOC... |

Medical is on the way brother, i got mail from chc  saying your medical instructions are ready to send, infact I wrote in my letter with additional docs please inform me when you are sending medicals so that I can follow up with post office |

Dear, there are priorities - FSW3 or AEO applications are processed on priority. Likewise there are few NOCs processed quickly like captians of aeroplanes or doctors. |
