My ecas has no processing date but my status shows in process, n they sent me a letter in march 2012 that the officer has found my application eligible for processing, so where do I stand, should I wait for medical or should I consider it a game from their side?

well i requested to send me scanned copy of my letter which they sent by mail and i didnt receieve and same day they sent this scanned copy of letter .

One pakistani yesterday got PPR , he has done 3 times medicals
Another Pakistani got PPR today, he has done medicals twice
Atleast things are moving

I sent my application to Nova Scotia in June 2009 and sent my all documents to Isb HC in Nov 2009. I got a letter from LHC on March 7, 2012 to submit new documents including new forms, snaps, financial statements, police certificates, and RPRF. Now i have following question for which i need help:

Q1) My last name has been changed recently. Is it fine that I submit copy of my new passport and true translation of CNIC... do i need to write an explanation letter as well?
Q2) I have a bank account in USA as well where I have kept few thousand dollars. Can I send an statement of that account to LHC as well?

I actually can not get a hard copy of my bank statement/letter from Bank of America. Is it fine if i get an e-copy of my statement?

1)Yes Sister ,You have to explain in your cover letter as well have to include documentary proof of your name change.
2)If you cant get a hard copy from the US Bank ,the e copy of statement is suffice .Make sure this copy includes Bank name,address and other info.

My RPRF, PCC, updated dox etc. were received at CHC LDN on 28th Mar. Also my MR has reached CHC as per courier tracking that my DMP gave me. Today I received this email from CHC London:

Dear Applicant,
 
In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.
 
Updated forms which are available on our website:
New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself - the form that you have recently submitted only listed the Personal History to July 2010. Please complete a new form and ensure that Personal History is listed from the age of 18 to the present date.
 
Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 30 days from the date of this email. If we do not hear from you within that period, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of your application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope. Your file number is included in the subject field of this email. bla bla bla..........

I have already submitted my correct personal history (on a separate sheet) way back in April 2010 along with Full documents. And obviously they have reviewed and accepted, as I have received MR, RPRF etc. I took Printouts of same sheet (with addition of my current activities) and submitted recently which they have not accepted and sent me this absurd email that I believe is a total nonsense . All I can do now is to courier that same info with a covering letter trying to explain things in simplest way and pray if those dumb VOs are able to understand this time.

Whatever it is, I reckon there must be some deep *censored word* going on at CHC LDN these days.

First of all you have to mind your language using in this forum.
I don't think you are eligible for Canadian PR.What they have asked is absolutely right i.e up to date info on current forms.You said dumb VO,I think you are dumb to understand their requirement.

Carefully read my post, I hv clearly mentioned that I did submit my updated Personal History. And BTW who are you to analyze other's eligibility for canadian immigration.? And I know what language to use, u better mind your own business. I havn't used any offensive words. you need to take english classes before posting on this forum. And take your words back I hv highlighted above. This is offensive language that u should not use on this forum.
