Asking RPRF without medicals is different issue, visa officers has confirmed this to some applicants that they require new photos to paste on medical forms specially for people with children

but if they days assigned to that profession for review stage passed they will send medical when next turn of files of same profession come. so anyone asked for RPRF or any updated document send it within days not in weeks or months it could delay the medical.

I dont know why they are saying that wait for 6 to 12 months and now a days mostly applicants are getting this kind of letter and i think in next 3 months mostly 80% applicant will get this letter, i hope it will not happen  .

Even those who have sent medicals in March 2012. Not a single applicant got Medicals have been received line in ecase status.

It looks no guarantee that they will process application in 6 to 12 months, becoz from June 2010 till to date they are exceeding time frame and some time lame excuses and some times without solid reason refusing the bundles of applicants, and it can happen that after 6 to 12 months they again say that wait for another 12 months.

Secondly currently they are returning before 2008 applicants applications so its not fair.

This is the reason now a days they are not sending more medicals.

They are sending only new forms request and RPRF/POLICE REPORT.

Dear All,
I received the TCS shipment few hours ago.  The visa office has returned all my originals; including transcripts, degrees, experience letters of my and spouse, marriage contract.  Besides, a letter, which the Start Ali once posted, was also with the shipment stating that i need to wait for 6-12 months. .. The same letter which a member Arsh Ali received and Star Ali psoted
I do not know what does it mean? any input?

There is no guarantee for anyone,  but this type of letters shows that they have already processed the current quota and now others will have to wait for sometime, positive thing is that these people knows that they are eligble to be processed.

Sorry to say but dont create panic by writing It looks no guarantee for any kind of pre June 2010 applicants.

Check the above link. Do not forget there is already a litigation in court which is supposed to be heard in June 2012 and if CIC looses that case it will be liable to pay millions of dollars in damages so they are kind a processing each and every pre june applicant in whatever way so nobody can claim his case hasn't processed yet. CIC wants to win the case at any cost. It is not surprising that pre june applicants are getting such kinds of letters and will keep getting. Those pre junes who already have got medicals should be very thankful to Lim Leahy who had filed the case in court and only because of that case pre june applicants are getting processed otherwise if you remember they were advising pre junes to wait at least 2 years or more. What I see as best is that they are returning originals giving a clue that there will be no verifications etc required for these cases in future and on the other hand, oh mama Kenny kuch wi karsakda ay...

Its a point what u say. But remember that they have mentioned in the letter that they could undertake verification in the third paragraph.

Those verifications are most probably the security checks and security screening. check this.

Those who are getting the letters they clearly mentioned in the letter that they will not answered in 12 months.This can be the reason.

Only those applicants who send their documents after June 2010 are getting such kind of waiting letters. They have meet the commitment that they will complete the review of all Pre-June 2010 applicants by June 2012. May be they are paving the road for up coming changes and streamlining the Pre- June cases to avoid further backlog.
