Its not fair.  I have applied with same NOC (0213) and my processing date is Feb 22,2012, but haven't received any letter or email from LVO although i have send CSI to LVO on March 19, 2012. Still waiting .............................. |

Also all belongs to 0213 NOC. Strange................................. New technique for future rejections/ refusal like pre Feb 2008??
Dont be so desperate yar, God will help us.... We cant control anything so better pray instead of being negative.... Believe in He got power over all... Moreover, I feel and I might be wrong that they wont issue medicals in April now to the left applicants which are mostly from 2nd quarter 2010... They are just touching files, reviewing it, sending refusals or letter as we got .... This might be as they have to ask for updated forms from all of us for sure and when we will reply back, they will have to review them as well... so in order to kill their backlog by june, they have hold this extended exercise and currently only concentrating on touching/reviewing files.... Dont worry... I say it again, trust in God... God will help us all inshallah.... |

@ StarAliHaider your valuable comments required 8 months since my medical done still waiting for PPR1. They never contact me since last many months except in Sept 2011 they asked me for Latest Schedule A form to submit. However, i applied for caip notes/ Gcms let see what happen to my file..... What does it mean that your file is awaiting for visa officer review? LVO is sleeping i guess |

as vo trying to minimize the backlog by June 2012 may be they only consider those applicants they received full documents before June 2010. |

If we look optimistic way, at least they informed you that your application is approved for further processing , that means very less chance of rejection, but u need to wait for another 6 to 12 months. Otherwise they use to keep us waiting for years without any signal of approving or rejecting, so there is improvement  Good luck guys |

This letter is different from 2nd AOR letter.
Ali And all Members, This is letter shows that processing time started from the processing date mentioned in e-case status. keep in mind processing time of 12 months starts after completion of review stage and start of processing stage of application. as our applications were not in processing since we applied and proof of it is refusals of applications on the bases of job duties mismatch. As processing fee is only return at first stage in case of rejection before processing so it shows our processing time of 12 months started from processing date mentioned in e-case status. now some applicants will get visa ( final stage) with in 12 months may be in 8 months, 9 months or in 12 months. cheeta |
