Hi All
yesterday evening i have done my medical from Dr.Ahsan Waheed Rathor.they charged for london uk courier and said that they will send medical papers within week time to Uk. they gave me just one receipt of amount paid on thier letter head kind paper. My name and paid for medical examination is written on it. My query is ..Is it the only proof of medical DMP give to us.... or if anything else....pls share ur experience
Should i also send copy of this receipt to CHC london along with other documents. pls guide me
Regards

Hi

Hi
At this stage you don't need to send them this medical examination receipt . However , you can get Courier number from the doctor if, they provide you . In case , after few Weeks roughly four your medical status is not appearing then scan that receipt and send them as a proof of medical examination . And email them time and date of your medical . I hope this will  minimize your confusion.he

Hi

I have seen so many people specially from Pakistan getting rejection Due to job description mismatch  and found most of the job description were written unprofessionally with out knowing these are the most important thing in their case . Many people just copy paste or Changed wording 30 to 40 percent with out caring that officers sitting in conciliates are very wise And smart people . Now you have two options write to Visa officer and write in detail about each job Which u did and how it fit as per their requirements . Secondly go for apeal in Canada that would cost you around 3000To4000  dollarsDepending on lawyer. It will take long time and chancesARe Narrow .My suggestion , at least write
Your visa officer.

what does it mean that awaiting visa officer review? does it mean everything is going fine and back ground check has completed?

Hi

Awaiting for visa officer review mean he/ she will look into your File.It is not mean every thing is completed . Visa officer review could prolong until visa  issuance from consulate

Congrats Docpak

I did my medical on 30th march 2012...lets see what comes up.....

I RECEIVED MY MEDICAL + UPDATED DOCS + PCC + LANDING FEES....BUT NO ORIGINAL DOCS RETURNED NOR PROOF OF FUNDS DEMANDED BY LONDON OFFICE.

I might be wrong but was just thinking, that, as the cic has decided to return all applications before 28th feb 2008 and PLANNING TO RETURN THEIR PROCESSING FEE and are also giving refusals to those who applied after 28th feb 2008....Mostly leftover applicants are receiving their medicals etc, and specially those applicants who are receiving their LANDING FEES instructions, can think that they are going to canada soon, because if the vo have any doubts on the application than they would not be asking for landing fees, and if landing fees is paid and then they give rejection than they have to return the landing fees, and that would be another night mare for them. Their might be very few applicants whose PCC are not satisfactory, they might be refused after med and landing fees.

As said earlier, this is just my thinking, may be I am wrong...your comments on my post, may clear many brains, and give hopes to active and silent members of this forum

Just to add I am not seeing people who applied after march 2010 getting any update etc so there must be something going on in pre juners cases too

i received same along with my medicals they didnt ask for updated PCC OR POF.jst RPRF and medical.didnt return my original documents too......that can be the reason of delay,i mean the returning of files and clearance of backlog, but when i see that many even on this forum mostly 2011 applicants getting updates,in form of medicals or PPR STEP 1 , it makes me think that perhaps they have set some priority and now we even post june but being from MI2 batch have to wait for God knows how much time........i jst hope and pray that may the process end smooth for all of us ammin
all the very best to u.

(1)
First of all , do you know what is the reason of rejection .
If yes, then go point to point . But it is. Necessary you should be very logical and precise .
Your answer should be based on some relevant reference from their site etc.
(2)
Email is best option . If you want to make sure then mail . But I would recommend email.
(3)
You don't need to send them documents back as they have scanned all paper work in their record. It is very common in western specially country ( they scanned.Documents and documents straight Goes to their main digital .Record room. So their offices
Are working with out pile of papers ).

(4)

Your letter should be formal Not informal in any way . The reason being this you are appealing and appeal is always in formal way.
Hope this will reduce your level of confusion

What do you mean by not everything is completed? Will they required any further docs? 8 months since my medical done still waiting for PPR1. They never contact me since last many months except in Sept 2011 they asked me for Latest Schedule A form to submit. However, i applied for caip notes/ Gcms let see what happen to my file.....

Dear all,

On Sunday i.e. April 1, 2012, I sent a Case specific Inquiry wording was as under:

Dear Sir / Madam,

On March 3, 2012, I had send a case specific inquiry to your esteemed office in which I requested to update my home contact number and also informed you about the birth of my son and sought your guidance in this regard.

On March 6, 2012, I received a reply to my inquiry in which your office asked me to submit relevant documents of my new born son and informed me that a letter has been mailed to me containing my original documents and request for updated documents, which I received later in which you requested to submit updated Police Certificates, Updated Forms, Right of Permanent Residence Fee, Photos of my daughter, Proof of Funds.

In this regard, firstly, I would like to inform you that my home contact number has not been updated yet in ecas, which is +92 21 xxxxxxxx and secondly, I would also like to inform you that I did not receive Medical Examination Forms which I was expecting alongwith the above mentioned request letter. Had they been dispatched separately or you have not yet dispatched Medical Examination Forms.

Your response in this regard will end my confusion.

Yours truly,
Azhar Mehmood Ghori

Today on April 2, 2012, I received their reply as under:

Dear Mr. Ghori,

Thankyou for your message. Your medical instructions have not been issued as yet. These will be issued once updated photos for your child GHORI, PARIWASH are received.

Your new home phone number has been updated as given in your email below in our system.

Yours sincerely,

hi
any one received PPR 2? any news friends?it will be two months for me on 8th of this month but no clue of step 2:( they even nt replied to case specific inquiry.......what should i do? any suggestion? what can be the reasons of delay, i m worried abt it now.
many applicants under MI 3 are getting their step 1 letters pretty quick after their medicals while i got mine after three n half months and now again its near to two month time bt no step 2 it seems that MI2 are completely out of attention at CIC.
all the very best to all

I have submitted my PPR-1 on 18.03.2012 and later sent them an email to confirm its receipt, they responded to my email in less than 3-days.

I recommend you send them another email.

I did my Med in September and only got PPR-1 in March, 2012, as such i believe no specific criteria is being followed......its sheer luck!
