are you sure? bcoz last month TCS already called me to collect my orignal documents but medical is not inside...
First I would say go to the TCS office and ask them about your docs there is a possibility that they might have tried to contact you and you missed the call, and if they dont have the docs then waiting is the only choice. |

Could any one please give the definition of MI1 & MI 2  ? Dear zeshananis, MI-1 means "Ministerial Instructions 1" and MI-2 means "Ministerial Instructions 2". The applications which were submitted during 2008 till June-2010 were filed under MI-1, whereas, on 26th June 2010, there was a huge shift in Canadian Immigration under newly introduced "Ministerial Instructions-2", and applications filed after 26th June 2010 till 30th June 2011 are called of "Ministerial Instructions 2" applications. The latest MI-3 are under going nowadays since 1st July 2011 till date under which maximum number of application during a One year were reduced from 20,000 a year to 10,000 a year applications. According to your timeline, your application is of Ministerial Instructions 1. And its a happy tendency of LOV nowadays caz its working on the applications of "Ministerial Instructions 1" period, whereas applicants under Ministerial Instructions 2 have been pushed back to the waiting queue since the start of 2012. I agree except for that they are prioritizing applications NOC wise and not year wise! As per my observation once their quota for a certain NOC is filled up for the year, that NOC is put on hold! We have seen many refusals and applicants going In Process this year under various NOCs already including 0213!
What I see is that they'll complete the review of all applications by June 2012. They are already sending refusals and sending "Hold On" letters, like one received by Arsh Ali, to those who pass the review but are not on the priority list! I expect many more letters like this to follow! But the positive thing is that those who receive this letter should consider their cases as approved upto Review stage and eventually going In Process with almost no chance of refusal! Best of luck to us all!

When you are asked to provided updated forms and you need to provide IMM0008 GENERIC....then there is field in it asking for UCI. to get this you need to email CHC london asking for same by providing your file number. However in this group I came to know that some ppl did not mention it as well (I am mentioning it as I got response from CHC within two days) |
