As per covering letter sent by VO alongwith MR, the applicant should visit the Doctor alongwith ones Glasses if one uses glasses. So nothing serious about it ! |

One Of my friend got a call today from TCS, he rushed to the office but ro his surprise he go refusal letter with original docs.. My timelines are same as of him but no news for me... Dear members, aoa again after a long break, iam pre june applicant, got my case in process on 6 march 2012, MR+RPRF+New updated forms+PCC+Pictures and proof of relationship was asked the letter is dated 9 march 2012 but I recieved from TCS office on 22 March 2012 on their call on the same day. Please advise that To pay RPRF should I make a bank draft of CAD in the name of Reciever General Canada and print my name+dob+immigration file number on the back of it and send it to the CHC, UK along with the other required documents in the same envelop/pack...?
You have said that they asked for proof of relationship! what proof exactly did they ask for? |

Hello,
I had applied for my immigration last year, nd fortunately my decision has been made nd i have got the PPR sep-1 by now.nd its been 2 weeks tht i have sent the copies of my Pass Port to London Visa office.
now the thing is I am bout to get engaged nd will be married in couple of months. its an arrange marriage according to Pakistani traditions.
so my concern is that how am i gonna inform the VISA office now. will it delay my VISA. nd how long will it take to process my spouse VISA.
my process has taken almost 9 months btw 2011/2012 so far. I intend to go to Canada before my spouse.
so plz let me know ur experiences nd informations.

Hope you all doing good. Quick background of mine. I am Pakistani National studying in Australia as an international student since last 3 years. I had applied for PR on 9 june 2010. Now tension starts here after a long long wait my online application status is showing decision made. This is what it shows.
"Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on June 9, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 22, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Sydney Australia office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 15, 2012.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
NO FURTHER DOCUMENTS WERE ASKED WHATSOEVER. NO MEDICAL REQUEST was sent and only DECISION MADE is appearing as u can see in my status above. I have not contacted my lawyer in canada as it is late night there. Dont know what does this means but online search shows that most likely it will be a rejection. Hope IT WILL NOT. Because I have sent thousands of dollars on this : @
Anyone out here any idea about this? Please reply urgently. Thanks

thanks for the reply. I have searched the same on internet. But thats ridiculous after waiting for so long they would refused it? anyways do u know if I can appeal the decision? Because I dont really think there is anything on which they can reject it. My points are complete and each and every document is genuine. Are there any specific things on the basis of which they reject case? Like work experience, studies? anything like that? |

The rejection could be either of points or job duties not matched with the NOC. Which NOC did you apply for ? Wait for their letter it will get to you very soon in a day or 2 since its a sydney office and you are residing in Australia as well. Once you find the reason then you can either make a formal appeal in the Canada Court which could take 12 months or you can request the visa officer to re-open your case as they have made a mistake so then its really upto visa office. At the moment just wait for that letter. Cheers Saki |

Dear first of all many many congratulation that you got your PPR 1 , nO DEAR engagement is not a issuess you dont have to inform them it does not creat any effect on your case ,if you do have a nikkha then you should be informed |

dear guys my brother applied in 2006, but he did not check his status , now i checked , his status is showing in process , also showing address and we started processing your application at 16 october 2006,
but we received noting from cic, dear guys wht is the reason ? also tell me thread of this forum related to 2006 applicants.
