for all members who got refusal please keep in mind VO will only reopen cases rejected due to wrong calculation of points or any other reason that not involve any analytical or personal view point of VO. so only send review requests to VO on logical reasoning otherwise it will be only wastage of time.
VO will not reconsider Duties mismatch issue and will not respond your inquires so i suggest without wasting time contact any Canadian Lawyer spend 250$ of consultation fee and discus with lawyer in detail that what are strong points in your case to win appeal from Federal court.
its just my observation and view point.

Dear Seniors,
I am a pre-june applicant and recently got my status changed to 'IN PROCESS'. The VO has asked me to send updated PCC from Pakistan, in addition to the other standard requests (New Forms+RPRF+MR). I have two concerns:
- I have changed my country from Pakistan to another country in AFRICA in the last one year, but have not updated the LDN VO so far. Do I update this in the new forms I will send to them, and also should I submit the PCC for the new country, although they have not requested that as it is not updated in their records? Will changing the country at this stage lead to changing the VO as well?
- I have received the MR for myself and my spouse; However, I have a one year old daughter that is not updated in the VO records. How can I update her in the records and get her MR? Will this impact my application in anyway?
I would sincerely appreciate a prompt reply as I have to meet the 60 day deadline!

One Of my friend got a call today from TCS, he rushed to the office but ro his surprise he go refusal letter with original docs.. My timelines are same as of him but no news for me... Hope everything works well for me  |

Dear All- Is anyone one of us observing the refusal behavior, I mean they might be refusing on JD mismatch just to ensure that people don't appeal much. Did any one notice or keeping a track like: - They reject on No relative in Canada OR - Education/ degree does not corresponds to NOC OR - No accompanying family member or more dependents e.g. Not working/professional spouse etc. etc. My mind is now getting crowded by such questions that's why put on forum to discuss  |

good news.. i got all my documents back...and the other news is it has a love letter..with a sweet n stupid rejection note saying that after 2.5 yrs of recieving the 2nd acknoledgement letter they now feel my job responsibilties do not match to the noc 0213 i applied...which the actually innitially said OK to..anyways..i guess har cheez mein allah ki behtari hoti hai.. but it does feel bad when u know theyve done this because we're from pakistan..i had 8.5 ielts, mba with my wife having a masters degree as well.. and we actually had more points than required.. and its not just me.. a lot of people are not getting the exact same reply....decision made and then rejection..and now they want to return the fee as well.....  all the best with the application guys... but i really think it was a waste of time applying for canada with this beautiful green passport we hav  .. |

yaar it turned to in process i think 2 weeks back..and then today i got a called to pick my parcel from tcs...after which i chcked my status and it was decision made.. |
