Though I have not been through Medical exam yet. But I am sure the Doctor will examine all important factors including eyes. As per my understanding, Doctor's main focus is to check if some one is suffering from any major problem... Cheers |

Thanks for your reply. I hope for the same. Should i applied for Capis note or wait for couple of weeks?
One more thing i would like to your advise that I have job offer (without LMO/HRDC approval) from an canadina company but that job on the basis of my PR visa, Could i send job offer/ empolyment certificate to VO?
please advise.

Please Please give me the format for again review/re-open the case.I want help my case has been refused due to duties not matched. any one knows procedure or drafted letter for the same please help me Refusal letter.Some one Got Refusal letter and wants to help on it., reason is duties not matched.

for all members who got refusal please keep in mind VO will only reopen cases rejected due to wrong calculation of points or any other reason that not involve any analytical or personal view point of VO. so only send review requests to VO on logical reasoning otherwise it will be only wastage of time. VO will not reconsider Duties mismatch issue and will not respond your inquires so i suggest without wasting time contact any Canadian Lawyer spend 250$ of consultation fee and discus with lawyer in detail that what are strong points in your case to win appeal from Federal court. its just my observation and view point.
