Guys,
One question: I know the medical is valid for 1 year, so once submitted CHC is going to take 4 months or so to process the case further as per their letter. I want to know will the issued visa be valid for the rest of the remaining period of medical i.e. we will have to land within six of the issued visa ?
Please shed some light on this scenario.

Dear Forum Members:
A number of forum members have sent me PM's asking questions. I have responded to them individualy and am stating below my answers for the benefit of all:
1. I kept the funds blocked throughout. They have now asked for updated detail of funds available for transfer to Canada.
2. MR letter is dated exactly three weeks after the date mentioned in ecas.
3. They have returned most of the original docs.
4. I am not aware if they did carry out some verification.
Good luck to all fellow members who are awaiting MR. Your will be on the way, dont lose heart.

I have one confusion and I would request seniors to please clarify, what is the difference between Schedule A and Schedule 1 forms? are these same?
Like in the above post the Schedule A is mentioned, whereas the letter I received (a pre-printed letter in which several options were mentioned but few relevant were ticked for me) in that letter Schedule 1 form was mentioned, therefore I downloaded Schedule 1 and I have filled it as well, are they asking different forms from different people? seems strange.
On the same forum I got the advice to use current document for updated information. When CHC asked you for new updated documents, they would have provided you a website with updated forms. Use those documentsforms only. Thats what I am doing and it makes sense as well. |

Dear members, aoa again after a long break, iam pre june applicant, got my case in process on 6 march 2012, MR+RPRF+New updated forms+PCC+Pictures and proof of relationship was asked the letter is dated 9 march 2012 but I recieved from TCS office on 22 March 2012 on their call on the same day. Please advise that To pay RPRF should I make a bank draft of CAD in the name of Reciever General Canada and print my name+dob+immigration file number on the back of it and send it to the CHC, UK along with the other required documents in the same envelop/pack...?

Dear many many congrate ,yes you should send with covering letter also and the draft should be for the name of " Receiver General For Canada" enclosed with all required documents |

I live in Karachi. My NOC is 1111 and 0111. I submitted my application in Nov 2009. I sent orig docs to London office in April 2010. I got the this letter on 15-Mar-2012.
I recently got letter from immigration office to update saveral forms, submit Right of Permanent residence fees and also provide updated police certificates from UAE, Azerbaijan(az) and Pakistan (Pak).
1) Giving a little history i lived in Azerbaijan till 2007 and never went back. i got the police cert of azerbaijan through her embassy in UAE (i was in UAE then). now when i am calling az embassy in Pak (since i am in Pak now) the councelor advice me to contact Pakistan embassy in Azerbaijan. Wallah this sounds incorrect. My question is do i need to submit the AZ police certificate again since i never went back to AZ after 2007 and the police cert is dated Feb 2010!
2) For updated UAE police cert I called Bukhari travel and they said get finger prints from police office, get it attested from foreign office and we will do the rest. my quest is where is police office and foreign office in Karachi?
3) How to get police cert of Pakistan from Karachi?
4) Can any bank in Pak make the bank draft for RPRF where i have account?
5) I received the said requirements letter at my Karachi residence as per the address which i have updated a year ago. However, yesterday my friend called me from UAE that they have received my original docs from Canada at the previous address in UAE. Please tell me why they have given back all the original docs? any thing to worry about?
I need ur reply promptly please.
