This is where most of the applicants have done wrong by doing copy/paste of JDs. As per recent results, I have seen quite a few 0213 rejections all having same reasons i.e., JDs.

For everyone's info (Specially NOC 0213), in my case, I mentioned exactly the same JDs that were written on my Appointment letters etc. Plus, I separately obtained these JDs in written form from all of my employers on their company's letterheads addressing CHC London, duly signed/stamped by my immediate supervisors. And my application has been approved.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
I second Khanbaba....my JD was signed by company authority and wording was quite different from the website ....however within the domain of required position.

Dear All,

I am a silent member of this forum, my query from the entire forum member(s).

Can anybody confirm for me as i was thinking that now days people are getting Medical Request without versification of experience from employer, maybe I am wrong?

Member(s) comments are required.

Regards
Immi

Variety of methods and mechanisms are used by them for verifications. Ones presence on websites, Internet, social websites are also used. Besides, for physical verifications, its not compulsory that they visit an applicant physically. Its a misconception that no verifications are going on. They do their job quite nicely and silently !!

Ones presence on websites, Internet, social websites are also used..... I disagree with this statement of urs.  They do not do it as they are not spying by that way.  give any example to prove please

It's not an authentic resource for verification for your document and even if they do it this is not the right approach. In my opinion, i think that they do verification on random basis or in case there is some inconsistencies in the document. That is my opinion but they must have established some criteria for that.

On any social website i can show my self as CEO or director or any designation i want.

Dear Seniors,
I have recently come across this forum and have been following it quite extensively the past few days. I sincerely appreciate the efforts you all have been putting in to help eachother. God Bless!

I am a pre-june 2010 applicant and my status has recently changed to 'In PROCESS', and I received a request for Additional Docs, PCC's and Medicals. However the dilemma is that I have a one year old daughter whom I haven't updated in my application.
Can you please guide me how I can update her in my application now, and if that would impact my application in anyway? Should I proceed with my Medicals or wait for her Medical request?
Many Thanks!

I really dont think that CHC would use any such methods. I think most of us have misconceptions about the verification methods used by CHC. They don't operate like spy agencies. While doing the employer verification, they would simply check the authenticity of submitted documents and if deemed necessary, will confirm JD through telephonic queries.

I am Nadeem and I also applied in October 2009 and submitted complete documentation in August 2010. From then till Feb 29, 2012 my status was RBVO but suddenly on 29th feb, it changed to Decision made. My address disappeared but inside it was all same. After somedays address re appear and decision made line added. I wrote to LVO.

They replied we have sent you letter on 21/2/2012 please wait. I sent them again asking them I have not received letter.

They emailed me the copy of letter sent. Which was refusal and follwoing was the text:

You have indicated that you have work experience in (an) occupation(s) with
the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code(s): NOC
0111-Financial Manager.

Although the NOC code(s) correspond(s) to the occupations specified in the
Instructions, the main duties that you listed do not indicate that you
performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation, as
set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC or that you did not
perform all of the essential duties and a substantial number of the main
duties, as set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC. I am
therefore not satisfied that you are a NOC 0111-Financial Manager.

Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have an Arranged
Employment Offer, are a Temporary Foreign Worker or an International Student
with work experience in any of the listed occupations, you do not meet the
requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not
eligible for processing.

I request SENIORS to please suggest what should I do, those who are upset and want to write sorry to hear this please email me at javeri99  @  ymail.com .

Can I write them for reconsideration? How Much time do I have to do so?

What other option do I have in my hand or it is I should forget it?

I have over 20 year of Experience now and that is in this NOC. Since July 2005 I am head of the Finance department for two leading Universities in Pakistan. I have started working on my letter and matching my job with their main / essential duty list.

Please Suggest:
