Today i check my ecas and it change from inprocess to decision made and a line is also added to my ecas that a decision has been made on you application and the office will contact you about concerning decision.
and today i also received letter from normal post, in which they stated that the case is refued due to job responsibilites are not matched with NOC 0213.
however when i submitted my case with experience letter all the responsibilities mentioned clearly as per the NOC 0213. dont know why they not entertained...

Now-a-days I visit the forum casual b'coz of burden in office.  My immigration visa is ready and now I want to land in Edmonton.  I am seeking advice from seniors, how I may fly that I may be charged minimum and moreover, I want to fly from Lahore to Edmonton. I don't want to stay at Toronto.  I want to complete my landing at Edmonton.  Further, I have 4 members family, all have immi visas (FSW Category).

Dear Moosa please read the following comments:

"Simillar or exact text match with sample NOC role and duties title mentioned in the NOC sample list on CIC, some people before rejected due to the same issue, they just modified experience letter and added more similar or exact word match flavor of the duties and title mentioned in the NOC. this kind of experience certificate mostly VO ignored and issue rejection if the applicant failed to provide experience certificate but should not exactly the same as they mentioned on CIC website NOC sample.

You have 90 days from the date of the decision to appeal but preferably one should appeal within 60 days.  In order to appeal, most of Lawyers will charge $4000 to prepare leave for judicial review and to perfect the appeal. first of all layers will give consultancy and review your case and tell you the exact strengths of your case This can be done for a $250 consultation fee, which would go towards to the legal costs if you were to retain to the same lawyer.

VO office is london

This is where most of the applicants have done wrong by doing copy/paste of JDs. As per recent results, I have seen quite a few 0213 rejections all having same reasons i.e., JDs.

For everyone's info (Specially NOC 0213), in my case, I mentioned exactly the same JDs that were written on my Appointment letters etc. Plus, I separately obtained these JDs in written form from all of my employers on their company's letterheads addressing CHC London, duly signed/stamped by my immediate supervisors. And my application has been approved.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
