Sir William thanks for the Reply but what kind of response i shall expect ? since its not decission made . my timelines are applied to NScotia on 14 APR 2010 1st AOR 6TH July 2nd AOR 3 march 2011 and also same month INPROCESS and now after a year this line has been added. |

Dear Friends Salam
Its really great to see you guys helping each other . I just got to know abt this forum and appreciate your efforts
in this regard.
I had Applied in Jan,2010 under the category of Finance and got approved and then sent all my original docs to UK. I received a letter from UK in Aug,2010 with new file no.
and they said maximum processing time is 12 months and I should contact them if no response till 8 months. I sent the letter after 8 months.
There was a change in my previous job Address and I notified the UK embassy and they mistakenly changed my mailing address instead of noting it for any verifications processes.
Since May,2011 I am sending emails and letter to correct my Mailing address and send my original educational Docs back.
Last week they corrected my Mailing address but still no original docs sent by them.
When i check my online status it says In Process.
I really need my educational docs back to apply for a job.
Can anyone guide and analyze what should I do to get them back ?? and till when my case will be processed.

Dear fellows,
I submitted updated documents, RPRF, medicals etc on 13th February to CHC London. Yesterday, I sent a case cepfic enquiry to CHC Londoin to confirm the reciept of documents and got the following reply.
Dear Applincant,
Please accept this email as confirmation that your medical results have been received. They are valid until 13-02-2013.
The other documents you mention have also been received. Your file is currently awaiting the initiation of background checks. We will be in contact in due course.
The reply indicates that certain background checks are still carried out even after Medicals.

Your case and timeline are similar to mine. If they are not responding that mean your file review is due and you will receive your requested documents alongwith MR, +++. If you have already emailed them then don't worry as I also do the same and recieved my documents in Feb, 2012.
