AoA.....all forum members.

I have been a silent spectator of the forum....., I have been watching the developments very keenly. First of all i would like to Congratulate all fellow Forum Members who have received the MRs and would pray for us the remaining ones to get them soon.
My question to the Admins is. What happens if the Applicants are expecting a new member and the medicals of the Lady can not be done, as X rays are not allowed in such a situation. What will happen
1. Will VO accept the medicals to be complete without the X rays?
2. Does the Medical proceedings get delayed?
3. With the arrival of the new baby is it that then the medicals are completed?

Hi!

You better wait because you are not alone. There are many other post june pakistani applicants like you who are waiting to go in process. To see your bring forward date you can order GCMS notes. That date would tell you when you go in process. Thanks

May be very few just 1% but most of them are waiting even those who have applied before you in Oct 2010. Thanks

Hi. I need help. I have been asked to submit the new forms again with the medicals. In dependents section of the new generic form (personal details: part 12) where it asks for dependent type, I have a problem. When I was applying in December 2009, my son was under 22, therefore type A. His age and type must have been 'locked in' at the time when my application reached Nova Scotia then. However, now my son is over 22. So what do I do? He was not type B when I applied, yet now if I fill the forms again, technically he can't be type A either on the forms. So what do I do??
Also, my son has dual nationality, which passport details should be put on the form?

Dear all,

Actually on March 2, 2012, I had sent a case specific enquiry asking them to tell me the status of my case and updating them about the birth of my son. In reply on March 6, 2012, visa office informed me that they have issued me a request letter alongwith all original documents. They mentioned the requested documents as under:

Updated Police certificates
Updated Proof of funds
Right of Permanent Residence Fee
2 recent photographs of my daughter
Proof of settlement funds
updated forms due to addition of my son.

documents related to my son

demand draft of CAD 150
birth certificate
copy of passport
photographs.

(NO CLUE OF MEDICAL REQUEST)

After receiving this email, I immediately went to the General Post Office of Korangi, Karachi and met with the postman of our area
and asked about any envelop for my address but cant find that. After that I contacted TCS Visatronix on March 8, 2012(telephone numbers can be found on their website) and asked them that if there is any parcel of my name. They informed me that they have just received various envelopes for delivery and they re sorting them out and will call me if there will be some envelope of mine. Subsequently on March 9, 2012 I received a call to collect a parcel.

I narrated the whole story because I want to make it clear to all of forum members that it is very important to call TCS Visatronix at 021-34391551-4 (for Karachi) and give them your contact number and Immigration File Number and Name. By doing that they will be in a position to immediately contact you at your correct number.

Lets see what happens tommorow. pray for all.

I suggest you to inform visa officer through letter about the situation that, your wife is expecting. As I remember, they will give you instruct you to do the medicals after delivery.

hi guys,
I am new to this forum but a regular reader of the posts. I applied for immigration in march 2011 and yesterday i received  MR and an advise to deposit $ 980 as landing fee. My parents and siblings are permanent residents of  Canada. Now the problem is, I have worked in Saudi Arabia for more than a year and then left KSA. CIC has asked me to submit police  certificate. I am in Pakistan and its seems to be very difficult rather impossible to get PCC from KSA while living in Pakistan. Can anybody having or passed through similar situation help me, how to get the said certificate as I have to submit it within 90 days along with others forms. Thanks in advance and Good Luck to all.

Dear Friends

Yesterday I received letter from CHC London along with medical papers for me and my family. Besides that they also send me letter in which for some point they put a tick and for some they put a cross. Which some of the points they didn't check. My question is

1. Any suggestion from you guys regarding Medical for me and my family
2. the points which are put as cross "X" and the points which are put as tick what is the difference between them
3. I am from Karachi, which Medical office should I contact to get my medical done with out any problem

Is it possible or any other way to ask LVO to provide copies of FSW application forms which were submitted  at the time of when full application was filed.


Question # 2
How I come to know that points have been calculated while my Ecas status showing RBVO since              December -2010.
