I am a silent reader of this forum my NOC #3112 and my time line as under, they updated my case status on Feb 10, 2012 We received your application for permanent residence on August 10, 2009. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 30, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. We transferred your application to the London England office on October 7, 2009. The London England office may contact you. We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you. Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 8, 2012 couple of days ago I sent an enquiry to London-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca, they replied me today as under “Dear Sir/ Madam, I can confirm that your application is pending review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file. Regards IMS” I am frustrated about their procedure, have they calculated my points or not, if yes then why they replied me that file is pending review. If they have not calculated my points then why the stated in the online status that application was reviewed and we started processing on February 8, 2012. God knows better what they are doing?  |

hi,i nned your suggestion today i got refusal email dated:16 feb from cic in which they say
You have indicated that you have work experience in (an) occupation(s) with
the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code(s) 1111:
Financial Auditors and Accountants.
Although the NOC code(s) correspond(s) to the occupations specified in the
Instructions, the main duties that you listed do not indicate that you
performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation, as
set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC, or that you performed
all of the essential duties a
nd a substantial number of the main duties, as
set out in the occupational descriptions of the NOC. I am therefore not
satisfied that you are a Financial Auditor or Accountant NOC code 1111.
Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have work experience
in any of the listed occupations, you do not meet the requirements of the
Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.

What is your education and experience? What qualifications you have and where did you work? Is it from some reputed or un-known employer? |
