Dear Rejected applicants today i talked to a lawyer in canada he told me that rejected applicants can appeal in fedral fourt of immigration within 60 days from rejection date.

Hi Friends,

One of my close friend got his refusal letter today, he submitted complete docs in Oct 2009 for NOC 0213. The reson for his rejection has been stated as "refusal on eligibility".

My question here is "when he received the 1st AOR, why wasnt his eligibility challenged then?" Any body has got an idea about this?

Secondly, please suggest the way forward, his consultant is suggesting him to file an appeal in the court regarding the refusal.

Your advise will be helpful here.

Dear Senior

I am facing a problem. Last week I done my medical from Islamabad. There I left CHC letter which they sent me alongwith my medical papers. Now my consultant has to send the updated documents to London and he has no copy of that letter and doctor also missed the same. He is asking me the copy or the letter for reference so that CHC should know that the documents are logged with in time.

What would be the position now.

What type of consultant is this? .... May be he is not a licensed consultant. He should have keep extra copies of all letters/forms with him and should maintain complete copy of your case file.

What you can do now is, email CHC and ask to fax/email that letter to your or your consultant OR just send the documents with your case number on the covering letter as CHC has all the communication records.

Aaj ka Din BaRee Barkat se bhara hai :-)  Alhamdolillah!

So, as I wrote earlier, I picked up wedding pics, as well as my wife and my birth cert. from the TCS office, in the morning.

15 minutes ago, this guy rides up to my house and hands me a brown envelope.  It looked like the CHC one in the morning  Anyway, had the MR and docs request in it, dated Feb 21, 2012.

Haven't studied it in detail but they've asked for;

New application for PR IMM0008.
New Schedule A for me and spouse.
New IMM5406 for me and spouse.
Med Exam.
PCs for PA: PK and USA (FBI). PCs for Spouse: PK.
IMM5562E.
RPRF.

Just checked ECAS and it is still IP without the date and RBVO.  Apart from all that, I may have a new job offer today also.  Amazing day, and the day ain't over yet :-)  Allah Ka Shukar hai.

I, very sincerely, hope and pray that each one of us, who have waited and waited and waited, gets the MR very soon, if it is for their betterment.  Only Allah SWT knows the good (or bad) in each action.

In any case, I'm having a WOW of a day :-)

Interesting here to ask
I applied in Jan 2012
My Ecas Status online is showing "IN PROCESS"
I only received an email stating that my app is mailed to visa office
But the diagramatic chart showing the app process on cic web shows that
I have covered the following steps

1-initial review
2-sent to visa office
3-visa office review complete
4- inprocess
5-decision made
6-complete

I dont think that "IN PROCESS" really shows the stage, right?
 Because the next step than is "MEDICAL which is not possible in 3 months I guess
Please please clear my confusion

AoA Folks,

I just wrote a long update but lost it before pushing "Post". Don't have the energy to write it again, but for the benefit of those having queries;

Sunday, Feb 26:  Sent an email to LVO about update on my application as well as my new email address.
Tuesday, Feb 28:  Checked ECAS and it changed to IP with RBVO info and address disappeared.
Friday, Mar 2, 10:00AM:  Got a call from TCS and went to pick up my returned docs (wedding pics and BCs for wife and I).
Friday, Mar 2, 4:30PM:  Postal guy handed me the Med & Doc request packet at home address, dated Feb 21, 2012.
Friday, Mar 2, 8:00PM:  Got an email from LVO about the email address update, etc.

My application timelines are given in my profile data, for you to check, if needed.

I sincerely hope everybody gets through.  But in case you don't, understand that your life will go on, and you will Insha Allah do very well in life, as long as you stay positive and workout problems with sincerity.  Show courage.

NO I AM TALKING ABOUT E.CAS OUT SIDE, YOU APPLICATION  SHOWS IP OUT ISDE OF YOUR E.CAS, DETAILS WHEN YOU CLICK THE IP THEN PROBABLY YOU WILL FOUND SOME DETAILS, AFTER SOME MONTH YOU WILL SEE THAT THERE WILL MENTION SOME PARTICULAR DATE ON WHICH CHC WILL REVIEW YOUR CASE AND THAT WILL BE THE REAL PROCESSING DATE OF YOUR APPLICATION.
