can anyone tell if princpal applicant is husband can he use spouse bank statment in addition with his own statment as POF?
also investment certificates will also accepted by VOs?
no u showed ur own funds |

What kind of investment Certificates you are talking about. Is it Investment in Goverment Savings schemes or investment in Stocks etc. Please elaborate investment type.
its pak qatar takaful investment policy and that can be cash anytime.... |

Dear Bhatti,
Sorry to hear about your case but don't giveup. I went through the same feelings and know how it feels. I am sure that your case will be re-opened soon. I also received some personal messages and would like to say that all you have to do is prepare a simple letter and give reference of ministerial instructions which clearly states how points should be calculated. It seems that they have hired in-experienced staff who is dealing with our files and they are sending refusal letters as we have observed recently.
For those who were refused on the basis of JD's mismatch etc, I will suggest them to get fresh letter from their employer with detail job descriptions and any other supporting papers. You may add some changes but dont over-do it. That's the best that you can do (This is my personal opinion but you may ask others for the same). One of forum friend send me a PM and mentioned that his/her job experience letter was hand written. These kind of things really give bad impression to the visa officer. Every document must be drafted and presented properly.
I would also like to thank all the forum friends for their appreciation and kind messages.

NO IT SHOULD BE USE AS A POF ALONG WITH A LETTER FROM ISSUANCE AUTHORITY THAT THE CERTIFICATE CONTENTS IS CORRECT , THERE IS NO HARM TO SUBMIT THIS |

This is copy paste of cic instructions, any body want to take chance ? not me and i will not use any kind of certificates - Proof of transferable funds, in your name, in the form of original updated Bank Statement [Transaction Report 3-6 months] equivalent to CAD$23,364 from your bank showing that you have sufficient liquid funds, unencumbered by any debts or obligations. Note: Bank Certificates / Letters, Joint Bank Account Statements (where co-holder is other than your spouse) or Bank Statement if it is in the name of the Company/Business, Bank Drafts, Saving/Investment documents, Fixed Deposits and Property Evaluation certificates are not accepted as proof of funds. |

i applied in jan 2010 got first aor on may 2010 i think then they sent 2nd aor in jul 2010 my ecase has been "Recieved by via office" for long time then in july 2011 it turned up to "In Procss" and this month i think turned to "Decision made" but what does it mean. is it a rejection of my case? what should i do now? |

please advise brother how should i send them inquiry? mostly DM stands for rejection of case? the profession i applied was "Manager Collections" i think NOC was 0111 |
