If the Job Description does not match is the case for rejection, then why we send the application for the review to CIO. It should have been rejected at that stage. If we could not prove what we written at that time then it should be rejected.

There is nothing mentioned that for this NOC you should have this much points. The points should be the same irrespective of any NOC and that is what written in the OP6 guide.

What is the logic of Decision Made before processing start. How can they analyse the documents are forged or not without starting the Processing and all verification procedure ? Do you mean to say that all who are in the "In Process" stage have there documents and Job duties verified ?

all waiting applicants i suggest apply for CAIPS you will be lucky if you will get CAIPS before any update. because before any decision you can update case by sending an email.

I am not quite sure if i am breaking into codes correctly so i have also included my status from e-cas below: I applied through a lawyer so thats why not as organised as you all.

Verification of your employer? I have no idea if they have called my employers since i have worked part time in a few schools.. and currently taking a break..

MEDICALS? Received notice from lawyer on 22nd Feb 2012 for medical request, proof of funds, permanent residence fees, updated police clearance.

PPR?  They have not asked for passports yet.. i have to to submit medical, etc. as above.

Friends... i m planning to get marry in next 1 or 2 months... i m pre june applicant with full documents in April-2010.

Please guide will it create any problem or not (like delaying of process) as Pre-june applicants Medicals are coming these days.

Wether to appeal or not can be decided only after knowing the cause, there is a letter on the way to you for sure or through caips you will get the reason. then you decide or consult someone that who is mistaken you or chc, if they have done a very clear mistake you must appeal and you will have chance to win. i never ordered caips but you can go to caips.com or search this forum you will find the procedure.
Good luck and canada is not the only place, see my timelines and after seeing so much rejections i am not very hopeful about myself, if I am rejected I will beleive that canada was not good for me.

Bro my time line is quite similar to you. I got IP date last Tuesday. did u get any update from VO? whats your NOC?
