Dear guys I was enrolled in morning session of MBA but due to mutual understanding with management I took classes in evening as I was working in morning, I didn't got transferred officially in evening session. Now I have very stipulated situation, I got my To Whom It May Concern letter from university with stated my registration series related to morning session (1521...series issued to morning students whereas 1522...series issued to evening students) but there is no mentioned on degree or letter regarding my session. Now I am yet to apply and going to claim points for my work experience what I did in morning but how could I justify my situation coz I don't have any official document from University which shows I studied in evening. But I have company letter stated I was working with them in that tenure so it could be enough for CHC satisfaction or are there any chances of background check from university concerning my session by CHC-London visa office??? Also please update should I declare or not that I was studied in evening or morning as this is not mentioned somewhere on document except of registration ID which is related to my session.

Dear cutebeach, things does not look bright for you. The only possible outcome I can see from the above post is a rejection of application.

I think you have to wait as older cases are being processed, in most old cases CHC asks  whether to refund or allow CHC to process further.

Or you may contact them via email or fax if further wait is agonizing  as in most of the cases:)

Best would be that get letter from University that your session was in the evening other wise it would be discrepancy at your end.

There is no harm you can use ISB office, and rigmarole is right you may confirm your status by sending them an email or fax.

When sending your initial application you do not have to sent any supporting documents except following:-
1. Copy of passport( only for principal applicant)
2. Copy of ID card( only for principal applicant)
3. 2 Self addressed labels

Is it really requried for sending initial application (Copy of ID card) ?  Please clarify .

I think Copy of passport is enough. I have n't found it in the checklist.

I have a question about Application Received date. I have sent my application on 12th August, 2009. How do you guys know that your application is recceived.

Do we check it by document tracking that the application is delivered?
or
we get any response email/letter from CIO that application is received.

I have seen timelines of showing that it is received within a week. Please clarify and thanks in advance. Now i am also in the waiting list and always need your prayers .

Also will be praying for all my brothers.

no need for copy of ID card. only the following documents;

1. filled application forms
2. copy of bio date page of only principal applicant
3. cheque for the PR application fee
4. 2 self addressed labels

Hi, There is no need to CNIC, only 1 and 3 is required with your initial application, It is not required as per their instruction guide. But, please make sure the passporrt of the principal applicant should be valid of next six months.
