It is most likely a refusal and a latter along with your original documents will be sent within 10 to 15 days....but do not get panic as there were some examples when DM was later converted into IP and a Medical request was received....However, even if you rcvd refusal latter with reasons of refusal just try figure out where the mistake lies. As you will have right to get your application reviewed and later avail the right to appeal. If case is handled carefully such refusal latter may be converted into approval....My e-status has also been changed from IP to DM and I am waiting for the latter enabling to proceed. Meanwhile, you may send an email at fsw-centralized-intake-office @ cic.gc.ca and re-london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca at your earliest regarding this change in e-status.....Members may correct me if I am wrong !!

Thats the problem my friend. It should be regular,full time and not distance learning. This is just my guess and I can be wrong but I think they didn't give you enough points for your education.

Rest everything is ok. Wait for the letter any way. I wish and pray it turns out to be an error.

Dear I can't say much on that what would they have done. But if like your bachelor's is discredited then no points for Master's too. How can you do master's without bachelor's.

This is just my guess and I can be wrong. Please wait for the rejection letter. Thanks

Should be 25 I guess considering your MBA (2 years) and 17 years of education.

Please note all your degrees should be full time, regular and from recognised institute and all transcripts and degrees must be provided.

Thanks for you reply. All the degrees are full time from country leading academic organizations but MBA classes held on weekend.
I submitted:
1: Verified photo copies (not original) of degrees and transcripts of B.SC (Hons), M.Sc and MBA in sealed envelop from respective institutes.

2: Original IELTS; Speaking 7.5, Listening 7, Writing 6.5, Reading 6.0, Over all 7.0

3: Original Experience Letter with Job Description relevant to NOC on company letter head, duly signed by GM-HR (9years now and 6.5 years at the time of submission)

4: Original police certificate

Submitted complete documents in April 2010, Current status In Process

Your account must have six months mature fund, amounting to support two/three months Canada living of Principal Applicant and number of applicants in your application.
 
VO call to your office (HR manager and your immediate boss) and to you, too, even some time they also send verification form to your office. No idea what if they company is sealed or closed.
