Hi All Seniors

I am pre June applicant my Ecase changed to Decision Made from In process

My time lines are as under

Initial application Nov 2009
Doc Request       Janu 2010
Full Docs submitted    April 2010
In process in May 2011 with RBO details

Today a line has been added in my Ecase  "we started process on your application on Feb 10 a decision has been made on your application our office will contact you regarding this decision"

Kindly comment what does this means as so far I have not received any doc request from London office

AA! Amongst so many cases of refusal i've query for all respected forum members:

I'm March 2005 applicant and have 5+ years of expereience in two banks i.e. UBL and ABL. I've got experience letters from both banks but there is no detail of job description. It says that employee number xxxx worked in bank as xxxx and during his job his conduct was satisfactory and he left the job at his own will.

I even contacted HR department and got reply from them that this is bank policy and we can't issue experience letter specific to immigration needs. Please advise me what should I do?

Without full job duties details, I am afraid
I can suggest you to send full details even now to chc. Try to get it from your boss or make an affidavit and write all duties, take suggestions from others too.

Hi!

You can be in trouble then. Its applicant's job to provide the requisite experience certificate. Try to get it some how and mention your job duties as listed on HRSDC website. If you write to CIC that your employer is not issuing such certificate they not gonna accept. Thanks

Topic: Refused after 2 years

Elegibility review completed and approved by sydney and CHC and then today i received refusal after 2 years stating that the application is not eligible for processing as the duties mentioned in experience letter does not match the set of duties eligible under NOC 0111. No verifications has been made, and reason stated that evidence has not been provided. 2 experience letter from previous employers have been attached, it doesnt make any sense.
is it normal HuhHuh??

Dear Syed!

To be honest I would urge to contact some inner source and some how get such letter otherwise your chances are dim. Some people did provide affidavits before but with that you won't have 100% surety. That is your last resort if you can't get such letter from employer. Please check this forum and you will see what people had done when they couldn't get such letter from employer.

So now I want to update my details despite waiting for CHC to ask for updated documents, I hope you understand.

Dear Brethren,

I would like to inquire about a confusion I have regarding the addresses to mention on Police Clearance Certificate Forms.

- When filling up the form for Police Certificate from Lahore, the form asks you to write all your addresses (from birth) within the district of Lahore
- In my application to CIC I have mentioned all my addresses since my 18th birthday (as required by CIC).
- One of my previous addresses in my CIC application is that of Islamabad (I lived there for 2 years).
- There is no allowance to write that Islamabad address in my PCC form for Lahore.

What should i do? Surely I can't go and get a separate PCC from Isb. In the Lahore PCC form they only want lahore addresses, so if I don't include the Isb. address CIC might think i've deliberately left it out.

Can anyone kindly advise how to deal with this situation?

can anyone guide my friend who just recieved post from london office via regular post. In mail VO ask my friend to update the new form along with latest pictures and police certi......now my friend asked me which of the following form need to fill...
•Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3]
•Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 536 KB)

My ecas status is look like since june 10....
We started processing your application on October 14, 2008.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

and its not updating as u people have ecas... anyone have the same problem

Dear Syed!

First of all if you want to mention job duties on your experience letter you need to make sure what the instructions were when you applied. As you are 2005 applicant you need to mention job duties that were on the HRSDC website at that time for your NOC.

Regarding updation if you want to send any hard copies you must always send by courier service so you can track when it was delivered and who signed. Keep all the receipts for your record in case you need to show it to CHC London later on.

One point is noted that they never confirm if they have received some one's documents and attached to file. Its also written in their automated email reply that your details will be updated but they won't send any confirmation etc.

Hope it helps. If you have any more queries get back to me.
