Thanks very much for  detailed reply
My 2 degrees B.Ed and M.Ed are from allama iqball open university
And my MBA (HRM) from virtual university
These all r distance education university or institutes and you don't attend regular classes in the campus
But degrees are recognized from HEC
Do you u think CHC will consider my distance education as a full time and grant me points for this Regards

 @ Amidala
For IELTS just go through Cambridge IELTS Test Series,do each and every test of that series and if possible multiple times,

READING SECTION
also do the reading section of Academic IELTS too, currently they are giving one difficult paragrapgh in Reading section ,

LISTENING SECTION
also try to work hard on listening ,listening component has become difficult, when i took the test i felt that the speaker was australian rather than british, judged from the accent. When listening seciton starts, first of all review the question of listening section multiple time, giving these a short glimpse multiple times so that when tape starts u know what is being said, dont try to jump to other questions, try to restrain urself upto the question the audio is played,if u have ample time, just breifly go through the remaining question of the same page, the secret of listening to me is the number of times u read questions,it really eases this section when tape starts,if u miss some question ,just go ahead, dont at all waste ur time and energy in that missed question,if possible try to make and write 2-3 guessed answers of that missed question on the question booklet,in the end the answer that satisfies u most ,put it in the answer sheet, also try to use common sense ,u can easily pick the correct answer by using common sense, this is also a major factor in IELTS.

WRITING SECTION
In writing section ,try to prepare a format of letter and memorise it.As far as essay part is concerned ,it should be in three parts :

First Paragraph :
1.Introduction of the topic
2.decide whether u going to write in favor or not?, if u wanna write in favor of that topic put some sentences in the first paragraph.

Second Paragraph :
Body (Try to put as much weight as possible to support why u are in favor that topic by giving examples.).In the same paragraph try to talk about some of the disadvantages too,one should write that at the end of paragraph.

Third Paragraph :
Conclusion (Now try to compare the advantage and disadvantage while putting more stress on the choice u have made earler to write!

SOEAKING SECTION :

starts with ur own introduction and then a topic is given,u r given 2 minutes to write on a notebook some points u wanna speak on that topic.Secret of this component is to just relax and try not to feel that u r attempting some exam, although very hard to do,just try to do that, make an eye contact with examiner, try recalling good things that have happened in ur life,by that u can easily calm ur nerves, try to enjoy on test day as much as possible ,dont try to sit with ur mouth shut and gazing the surroundings. If u start fumbling,u can pause for a milisecond and then continue.
In the intro try to answer every answer in detail like if the examiner asks :

What is your name? (2 Possible answers to this question are)

1.My name is XXX.
(This tells examiner nothing about the proficiency u have in english, examiner is there to judge for how long u can speak this language so this is an incorrect approach)

2.My name is XXX.This name was kept by parents, the meaning of name is this that and that, reason my parects chose that name was because at that time that player was very famous............................................................................ (Continue to speak until examiner asks u to stop).
Ansswer all other questios like that

SECOND PART :

Examiner has prepared questios for that, she might never ask u question other than that. When examiner ask u to speak on that topic for 3 minutes,u should again continue speaking until examiner asks u to stop.

Additions are welcome from other fellow members too.

Buy an IELT preparation book with CD (cost around 500 Rs.) from any book shop. It gives ample material to prepare you for your tests. If you are good listener, and can communicate in English easily, then getting 7.5 band should not be a problem.
