Below is the detail of documents or actions that you need to take in order to comply fully with CHC requirements for new born;

1. NEW BORN Birth certificates (hospital and ministry of health). No need of notarization. Only copies can serve the purpose.
2. Passport of new born (and visa page if residing outside homeland)
3. Five photographs as per specification,
4. Additional family information forms (update) and signed in original
5. Demand draft of CAD 150/- (in the name of RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA)
6. Information on height of new born at the time of sending forms

Thank you Yousuf, actually I am not living in Pakistan, living in Central asia. here banks are not sending DD, therefore I need it in details so I could ask some of my family member in Islamabad to process it from there. if you could kindly write Receiver details please?

You must send e.mail to london visa about this addition in ur family then they will send u instructions that how can u add ur son in ur application.

You were correct about Q1-12 is important. I am very happy to inform you that i got my medicals update schedule A and PCC requirements letter last week. I completed my medical on 10th Feb and will send updated docs in coming week InshAllah. So, now they have asked for updated Background form,PCC and RPRF, do you think they will asses these docs and make decision soon i.e. in next 2 months?? when should I expect call for passport?

In 90% cases they send passport request in 2 to 5 months.

Agree with you Sohail. Yes dmp ask to take off the shirt, its normal procedure. Even ladies also need to follow the same procedure but infront of a lady doctor not male.

I think others are not ready to accept this fact.

1- If its a  normal procedure why was not followed by the DMP where i went? And being a medical person i know one can hear sounds easily through stethoscope without removing clothings. and this is what happened with my and other two families who were there for their medical at the same time. And I know another female applicant on this forum who also got her medical done from the same DMP and her clothes were not removed as well. DMP checked with steth.with clothes on.
2-Yeah i'll not accept what you are saying as it did not happen to me or my family and all other families who were present there for their medical on the same day.
3- Ab aap mujey or un tamam families ko maan gay hogay?  

I think we are lingering this thing on which will not take us to any where except that we have to be cautious while going for Medicals. But giving firm wording and concluding something based on little data is not right thing to do.

And i am not saying that clothes are not removed by every DMP. DMP's do ask to remove but as you say it's normal. I don't agree with that. As i have seen many cases where it did not happen. So we should say sometimes it happens and sometimes not. i.e. some DMP's are very strict and some are lenient by giving some relaxations. I also heard the same thing from a Filipino saying that her agent asked her to go to a specific DMP who is not strict with the procedures. SO we may conclude that CIC procedures have elasticity.

Interview:9th Feb 2012 in islamabad

At last I attended my interview on 9th feb at 14:00 pm .
The visa officer asked just general question about me, my job, my family, weapons training and about my funds, where do I intend to settle in Canada,how much money i have both in liquid and as property.
And at one occasion he asked that are u worried about interview and i replied that no but i've seen people getting visa without any interview and I've been called for interview so i m little bit concerned about this interview then he said that no no i think u are a good potential candidate for Canada but we need some time for somthing..........
The visa officer was polite and interview last for about 40 minutes but he didn't tell me about my background checks completion or any other thing about ppr.    
At the end i didn't ask about outcome of my interview because at the beginning he asked me to be specific about every question.
Now what type of interview is this and what would be the out come of the interview?
My remedical is going to expire on 16 march 2012.My visa office is Islamabad.
