14 November 2011 i have received my original documents (after 2 years and some month),along with all original Experience letters(NOC 4131) and no medical forms. But there is a slips attached with the documents which state that: WITH THE COMPLIMENTS OF THE IMMIGRATION DIVISION
20 November 2011 i emailed to the VO about the current status my case, the VO replied as,
Background checks remain outstanding and may take some months to complete. Now in your case , i think the CHC have some concern about those docs that is why they donot want to return you, anyway as i am not expert, let see what is the response of our other forum members. Regards,
Thanks for your reply! Actually, I am confused because in their reply they wrote that they have returned ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and haven't retained any of them. Is it possible they misplaced them somewhere?

Dear All, AoA,
CHC London sent me the original documents I sent to them in the initial application. But the followings were missing in the package I received from their side:
1. My spouse's birth certificate 2. My original IELTS' result 3. My original experience letters from the employer
When I asked from them regarding this, I have been informed through email that the aforementioned documents weren't retained by them. In addition, they wrote,
"please be advised that your file has been reviewed and these documents do not appear to have been retained by us. Any original documents were returned to you in December 2011, along with your medical forms. Documents are often removed from the file when it is determined that the applicant meets the selection criteria."
I am confused by this email. I mean, do you think that they already have verified these documents? Because in future if they need these documents, I won't be able to provide the experience letters since I am no more working with my previous employer. In addition, could someone tell me whether the employment verification is carried out before releasing medicals or after that?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best Regards,
Ammaar
Mostly they verify documents before medicals, but be prepare they can verify any thing on any stage.

Hi Ammar! I think they have mistaken. You better send them email again and tell them you never got these originals back and they should double check their records. Thanks

Dear pk_canada. Please do the procedure personally and do not post the details that what happened with your family on the web. And secondly i want to appeal all the forum members that please do not discuss and argue on the issue. Pk_canada first resolve the issue and then post the result on the web for other members. It is a sensitive and personal issue of pk_canada so please respect him and his family coz we all have families. Best regards
Very well.

I just ask you a simple question ? If that had happened to your wife / mother / daughter were you still of same opinion? My khan friend just think one person is victim of that doctor's loose behaviour and you are justifying it by telling others that its ok according to Europe's culture. My friend I also have lived in Europe for long and other people too and we know the system there and their culture.
If you can't sympathise any body then please also don't tell him that its ok and nothing wrong happened. Just be quiet.
Thank you very much.
I want to know from all of my forum friends, does anyone met Dr.Siddiqui ever?just one man said and everyone has started bombarment on him.Nobody tried to rethink that some should listen Dr.Arif as well.I was reading all the arguments posted on this forum.I know dr. Arif for the last 20 years and he is prof in Jinnah hosp as well.He is very pious person, gentleman, and hundreds and thousand girls were his students and nobody never complaint about his behaviour never.Secondly the person who is complaining Dr.Arif has written that he went to Dr.Arif bcoz he was nearest to him, although it was his right to go to any doctor but Dr.Rathore is just one Km from Dr.Arif's hospital so that logic is not right.I would suggest the person to contact me and i would go to Dr.Arif with him and even as many people from the frorum member want to go with us can accompany and only then we can find the truth. btw Dr.Arif know me personally

Dear Man in black, I appreciate your comments. The point here is Pk_canada said that doctor did not follow guide lines as per DMP manual issued by CIC. Doctor was supposed to ask his wife before starting any medical that if she is happy with a male doctor or she wants a female doctor. In case doctor had asked that then his wife would definitely had asked for a female doctor. I clearly see doctor's fault here. Thanks
