dear lucky, I am not a doctor, I was just telling my experience. I dont know about what is right practice and what is wrong, dont make things complicated. If you want to know who is right and who is wrong, plz do as per the below post by "respectall"
"Consult with other foreign medical doctors or authorized Canadian examination doctors practicing in different cities /countries (list available at CIC website) that weather the way he examined, was usual practice or crime? What is CIC rule/policy for female examination?"
Thanks, Muneer
Okay. but i was not complicating things...was just asking..

Dear Friends, Today I received most awaited MR/RPRF/PCC and original transcripts of my spouse n mine. I morning around 9:30am TCS call me to collect the letter and 4:00pm it was in my hand. Letter is dated 12/01/2012. And this date is exactly 2 days after delivery of courier (10/01/2012) containing dox for the addition of newborn son. Here is a point to note.....on 31/01/2012 I receive an email to submit "NEW/UPDATED SCHEDULE A" for myself and for my spouse, which I submitted, same day through email scan copy. Underneath is tracking detail of the courier:- *********************** Origin : KARACHI Destination : LAHORE Booking Date : 08-FEB-12 Shipper : TCS VISATRONIX ************************
Same like many others, I did not found any “enclosed reply label”. Please advise which address I use to send RPRF and PCC. VO only asks me to submit PCC from Pakistan, while I have submitted PCC from UK with CIO application, where I lived a number of years on student visa. But VO does not ask for updated PCC from UK. Please advise should I submit only they asked for or from UK also.
I pray for all of us for fast but smooth processing. Regards
Many a congrats.. And good luck for the medicals.

i am very thankful to the members like cocknbull and others for encouraging and consolation and extremely disappointed by the attitude of mr. muneer. it is very easy to blame others and analyze situation sitting out side. god forbid if something like this happens to your own family members i would ask how does it feel and how does it feel when rather than receiving consolation from someone your family is blamed. discreet it is good to know that you also asked their hr about this. i am sure there must be so many instances which people might never report out of embarrassment. and read someone saying we must have been well prepared for the medicals. i am a regular reader of this forum and never saw someone telling stuff like this which took place to us. i never thought something like this could ever happen specially in a muslim country like pakistan. i have so many other relatives and friends who are living in canada and got their medical exams from lahore but all are amazed at this situation as nothing like this ever happened to them. this is also a fact that no one of these people visited dr. arif siddiqui for medicals. i visited him because it was near to the place i am living. otherwise i could choose any other. we thought all dmps follow the same procedure and never, i repeat never we thought of this thing and were not prepared for all of this. i advice everyone on this thread to kindly avoid this dmp if you are going for medicals with your family. if you are going alone and are male it is fine. i also read someone saying that these things happen all the times and i should forget this. well i don't know what kind of thoughts people have and why they are not proactive. also why don't they advice others if this happens to them. i wrote these things because i wanted to aware everyone regarding this doctors behavior and avoid them of the agony my family is facing at the moment. if you cannot say some good words and are so liberal and think that we require such a liberal attitude to be a part of canada i will rather prefer to live in my own country
Very well said bro. Don't worry we share your tension. and yeah +1 for you for sharing and warning us about that DMP. And be relaxed as your spouse need your support.

here i must say...a person must be quiet if he cant say any right a sensible thing. prior to be a judge and acuse someone as faulty...u should see into the matter that in what situation an accidental incident can happen with an innocent person either its male or female . so u should abuse the person who is taking advantage of any one. And other thing u said is that this family should not go to Canada if they r thinking this way....for ur kind information it does not happen in canada this way and if still it happens anywhere in the world then should we stop thinking and abusing the bad things which happening with us. Think on it
You are right. +1 from me as well.

Dear pk_canada. Please do the procedure personally and do not post the details that what happened with your family on the web. And secondly i want to appeal all the forum members that please do not discuss and argue on the issue. Pk_canada first resolve the issue and then post the result on the web for other members. It is a sensitive and personal issue of pk_canada so please respect him and his family coz we all have families. Best regards
I agree with you that it's a sensitive and personal matter of the family. we must not argue on it as family is already in grief. +1 for you on your concern.

If you think only you are the only one who has been to Europe then for your kind info many of us also have been and lived in Europe and we know the system there and European culture. You are a male and if your shirt was taken off not a big deal but what about your wife or daughter? Do you think its ok too? Point here is in Pakistan other DMPS are not doing what this guy done and he was wrong.
If some one thinks its inappropriate then thats his right to complain or ask for clarifications. This is a sensitive issue and we all must support him until he gets clear picture and answers and find out what the doctor done was within limits and usual procedures. If that is the case then he should let it go if not then he must complain.
Tum to khan ho manay suna tha khan bahut garat mand hotay hain? tumhain kiya huwa?
Tum to khan ho manay suna tha khan bahut garat mand hotay hain? tumhain kiya huwa? ? What the hell was this!? so you are trying to provoke people in this forum by telling them about their cast. Mr cock n bull.. tmhary lie buhat acha hai k tum apni okat main reh ker logo ko comment kero cuz if you cross your line 2 mujhy tum sey zaida batain kerni ati hain.this is a public forum where every one has the right to express them self and not in any way made by your dad or your family that you try to oppress people by any means. So mind it before you try to comment on anything next time because things like these have consequences. Getting back to the actual topic, I am pretty sure many people have been to Europe and lived their however I am 100 percent certain, people like you don't fall in that category. Nor have you ever entered nor you will ever enter Europe. Point here is that the points I raised were 100 percent logical and no one in their right mind would argue.I suggested him to contact local dmp's to know if its a normal practice and then complain locally. Since you are encouraging him to contact CHC, why don't you do the same on your behalf and let us know what happens afterwards. According to your own statement this does not happen in pakistani dmp's however according to my experience it does outside Pakistan. So clearly it is a issue that should be dealt locally and not with CHC because according to CHC's guidelines this does happen almost everywhere around the world besides Pakistan. Either you don't have the right qualifications to judge that or have a real poor reasoning to understand it.

Dear All, AoA,
CHC London sent me the original documents I sent to them in the initial application. But the followings were missing in the package I received from their side:
1. My spouse's birth certificate 2. My original IELTS' result 3. My original experience letters from the employer
When I asked from them regarding this, I have been informed through email that the aforementioned documents weren't retained by them. In addition, they wrote,
"please be advised that your file has been reviewed and these documents do not appear to have been retained by us. Any original documents were returned to you in December 2011, along with your medical forms. Documents are often removed from the file when it is determined that the applicant meets the selection criteria."
I am confused by this email. I mean, do you think that they already have verified these documents? Because in future if they need these documents, I won't be able to provide the experience letters since I am no more working with my previous employer. In addition, could someone tell me whether the employment verification is carried out before releasing medicals or after that?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best Regards,
Ammaar

14 November 2011 i have received my original documents (after 2 years and some month),along with all original Experience letters(NOC 4131) and no medical forms. But there is a slips attached with the documents which state that: WITH THE COMPLIMENTS OF THE IMMIGRATION DIVISION 20 November 2011 i emailed to the VO about the current status my case, the VO replied as, Background checks remain outstanding and may take some months to complete. Now in your case , i think the CHC have some concern about those docs that is why they donot want to return you, anyway as i am not expert, let see what is the response of our other forum members. Regards, Dear All, AoA,

My friend I also have lived in Europe for long and other people too and we know the system there and their culture. If you can't sympathise any body then please also don't tell him that its ok and nothing wrong happened. Just be quiet. Thank you very much.
