Baby123:

sorry to make u sad, but you will get 22 points for education

You will get points for one master which is 16 years of education. You fall under:

1) You have two or more university degrees at the bachelor's level and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study. = 22 points

To get 25 points CIC says

2) You have a master's degree or PhD and at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study.

Because none of your master is 17 years, So it will be 22 points

Education is not a factor in evaluating work experience. you could have degree in computer science and end up working as financial manager.

Spouse Education= 4 points [ I m assuming she completed her BA after supply. If not, then no points ]
Assuming you have standard 14 years bachelors and 18 months Masters: 22 points

It is great that someone has argue with my previous post. I am sure that roadside consultants has misguided you. I agian confirm that PHD degree is compulsory for the University Lecturers.

There is a huge possiblity that i might have been working in the Pakistan's biggest Canadian Immigration Consultant.

Kindly check the below mentioned link so that you can check the Necessary Employment Requirement of University Processors.

Several years of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities are required.

View the below mentioned link

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0111

You only have to fulfill one of the four requirement in the above mentioned link.

Karachi123,

As i said before, Educational requirement has nothing to do with the work experience. One do not need a PHD degree to be Uni lecturer to qualify under NOC code 4121

Operationa Manual for FSW clearly says

Note: For the purposes of skilled worker applications, the ”Employment Requirements” listed in the
description of each occupation are not applicable.

If you claiming to be member of so called biggest immigration firm in Pakistan, I feel for your clients.

I could be one of CSIC member if this gives you any comfort Smiley

Dear amidala

Obtain a duplicate transcript from your university (or your final year dmc), in their sealed envelope and send it along with the photocopies of other transpcripts, even if the CHC isb doesnt return your package, you will still have the original transpcript...

AoA

I will appreciate if guidance may be provided on following:
1. My application was received on 8th June 09 by CHC Isb but my status is still" Received by Visa Office" kindly let me know til how long this status is maintained & what is done by CHC during this time.
2. My sister has shifted from Toronto to Mississauga do i have to intimate to CHC about the change of address.

Please inform immediately otherwise CHC will start correspondance with you and eventually it will delay your overall process.

Salam everyone,

I wanted to ask if there is a deadline mentioned with the medical request letter (like: if CHC-isb didnt hear from us in a specific period of time, they will consider us as no more interested in immigration)

I am waiting for my medical forms since 15th July but still haven't heard anything from CHC-isb. I fear, if the letter is lost and there is a short deadline in it, it might create problems for me.

regards,

Khalid

I will disagree with iateapple and would confirm you that you deserve 25 points as 17 years are in piling up concept and attaing in a single session.
