Hi, I would like to share with you all that today I have received a letter from cic regarding my case. They have rejected my case as total points score was 66. They have made a mistake in awarding points clearly. For adaptability (partner's education) points, they have given me 3 points instead of 4. For graducation, it must be 4 points i think. I am going to send them a reply with cic documents clearly saying that for 14 years/graduate degree, 4 points will be awarded. If anyone in the past had faced such experience, please share your views. Any valueable comments will help me a lot. Thanks,
So bad, Write to them immediately and explain the point and send them scanned copies of graduation certificates as well in the email. in other words make an appeal with supporting documents. May Allah bless you. regards

Thank you for your reply and cooperation. I would really apprecaite if you or any of the seniors could help me out in some of queries, i will post them again, Just let me know is there any slip or acknowledgment is received after going through the medicals which is required to be sent to CHC London? They have asked me to provide three things 1, Principal applicants updated form IMM0007 2, Schedule 1 update of me and my wife 3, Police certificates of me and my wife And finally No4 Medical tests. Since the results would be dispatched directly by the doctor, what am i suppose to send along with the above three? If a slip is received from the doctor , do i have to submmit it along with the three??? Or if not can i send the first three only and medicals would be sent directly by the doctor???, please reply Rgds HAK I guess you should call london office and clear with them and also rwrite them with clearly mentioning that you required urgent help....they will reply u in 2 or 3 days....

Dear Seniors,
I have a question to ask from this forum. I have sent my documents to London visa office in 1st week of August 2010 in NOC 3112(doctor). they sent me the acknowledgement in septemeber 2010 since then the status on the website is showing Aplication received at london visa ofice and pending review . Should I be asking them about my case through email? or its normal time and i must wait?it been 15 months now that they have recieved documents and there acknowledgement email says that you can inquire after 8 months if there is no response.
Thanks in advance for your help

Dear Hafiz thank u for your detailed reply. May Allah bless you. Please keep updated. I think you will get clerification about IELTS confusion (they have cerated). Best of Luck
Greetings! I dont think so you have to re sit for IELTS provided.....how much points are you claiming? in the form have you filled according to ielts score? it might be because of if you are claiming more then ur ielts actual points.............you know better abt ur score so if you are not in the above situation...my suggestion would be send the other documents ( not ielts)....and send them written clarification that u have already submitted the ielts score....and better if u have any copy available...send them along....

Dear saaansa Can you please share fax no., email address or Phone no of the london office to contact them. Only postal address is mentioned on the letter and if i send them the letter through courier or by postal services it would take ages to first reach there and then time would be consumed in getting the reply from CHC London. Many thanks for your reply . Regards HAK

Dear Friend Thank you for your below post and guidance. As per your below post you waited for the medicals to be done with and then you dispatched your documents along with the medical slip / acknowlegdment, am i correct in my understanding? ? OR you are saying that i should not wait for the medicals result and simply send the remaning 3 docs i was asked to submit i.e, A, Principal Applicants Updated Form IMM0008 B, Schedule 1 (Background Declaration) of myself and my wife C, Police Clearance Certificate of Myself and My wife It would be better if i follow the tried and tested route which was adopted by you or any one who has already gone through the procedure of medicals. Regards, HAK
