Great News to all...for Pre-June 2010

Yesterday my consultant received email from CHC-London which extract are as under:

* Need only two documents for update (Generic and Schedule A/Background Declaration)
* Update copies of passport biopage for each family member
* 2 recent photographs of each family member
* " We Should be in a position to issue medical forms for your family"

and timing for submission of these documents within 30 Days from email dated 19-1-2012.

Timeline of my case are mentioned in Signature portion.

Hope above information is a Good News for entire Pre-June 2010 applicants.

first of all congrajulation INSHALLAH u will recieve medical very soon.u have also aplied in profossion of accountant so i want some information from u about work experience.how did u prepare ur work experience i mean did u wrote those duties of accountants same like  mentioned at cic website for accountants or in a diferent format.my profesion is also accountant i wrote same as it was mentioned at cic website because they were matcing with my job descricption.

That would be the dumbest thing ever.. Never ever directly copy description from cic website. They will refuse your case straight away.. And bdw you are not suppose to write them yourself..your employer writes it according to your actual job tasks. So ask your employer instead to write the actual tasks you have performed...

infact my boss wrote that  and our HR depaertment verified that because those were same which i performe but mistake was that my boss used same wording which was on cic website.now problem is that the bussines area in which i perfom as accountant has merged with other branch of my company.i mean first my bussines area was under a company which name was(descon Engineering limited)now my department is under(descon integrated projects limited).now they will give my work experience on letter head of descon integrated projects limited. and previous work experieince which i have send them is on letter head of descon engineering limited.so please guide me what should i do

Hi All,

While packing up to Oz, I just check out my status, and I was astonished they did withdrew my application on 15-12-11, at last! What a consolation after repeated requests to all CHC London, Immigration minister and even PM.

Can any one has idea how much time they will take to send my original docs and refund my application fees(though they are not so generous), would they?  My last E-cas status was IP with RBVO.

First of all I would like to share the great news that I got my Australia PR grant yesterday, I have applied for both Aus and Canada parallel in Nov'2009, and Aus wins, also I got the following reply from CHC London regarding Refund of application fees;

"Thank you for your enquiry.
Your documents are on file.
 
CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011.  Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament.  As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume.
 
However if you wish to withdraw your application, we will advise to see the following:
Please be advised that in order to withdraw an application, the applicant must submit a signed written request to our office clearly indicating the request and reason for withdrawal. The letter must be sent to the address below. Please ensure that the file number, applicant's name and date of birth are clearly indicated on the correspondence, as well as the current mailing address including the postal code or P.O. Box number. If we do not receive a written request to withdraw the application, it will continue to be processed.

If your application has passed the paper screening stage you do not qualify for a refund of the processing fees.

However, if the landing fee has been paid, it will be refunded to you. Please be advised that the refund may take up to 6 months to process. Please be patient during this time.

Any application forms and photocopied documents used for the purpose of filing the application will not returned and will be retained on file. All original documents will be returned to the applicant, except for the police certificates

I sent them a fax on Jan 18th 2012, and my address changed in two working days. But I didn't get any acknowledgment of receipt!

I applied under 0111 with below stats, when you expect me getting medical and will financial manager category 0111 make any further delay?

Initial application for permanent residence on July 7, 2009.
Complete application to Islamabad office December 22, 2009.
Application transferred to the London England office on June 30, 2010.
Current status is  'In Process'.

you can check ur mailing address in ecas in some time to see if ur address has been updated...regarding email u can't check if its been updated..just send them email from ur new email to ask if they have ur new email in their system.  thx

That is really not a problem.. Only problem is using the exact same wording from cic website since it raises some suspicion for them of being a fake experience. I have seen people in the same forum rejected for doing the same mistake then they had to apply from scratch.if you search hard you can find them as well..

one last thing as i am working at same position till to date .so do i have to send them to date experience letter or till that date which i have mentioned in my last work experience letter.becuase as u know my profession (Accountant) is not in current list and do i also have to send them a wrriten explanation regarding this matter

they will send u a conformation email(other then autamated reply) in 3 to 4 days, and will change it in ecase status,

mine was changed but there's a mistake in it and i have sent them second update request.
