Since you r already through, u must hav forgotten ur anxiety & disgust of being KEPT WAITING while having being TOLD in the beginning that you will get through in 12 months MAX with this immigration. Most of the ppl wasting their time here are still going through that AGONY & it is NOT VERY EASY for them to understand your SIMPLE post  ..... However, u r right. My Ecase is showing the following since I received PER.
We received your application.
We sent you a letter on 28th Sep 2011.
We started processing your application on 28th Sep 2011
But what I am noticing applicants didnt get the last line at the time of receving PER, anybody is having the same situation as mine.

Please confirm my understanding as per below information regarding allocation of points:

Graduation & MBA( 14 years & 3 years respectively)
(2)Experience
More than 6 years
(3)Age
27 years
(4)Adoption:
(a) Spouse Qualification is MBA 2 years (completed in 2011) after private graduation
(b) Relatives in Canada (But my uncle no longer living in Canada)
(5)IELTS
L = 5.5
R=5.0
S=5.5
W=5.5
Kindly advise can I qualify on the basis of above credentials?
This recent scenario, earlier we had filed with only graduation basis for myself and for my spouse who done graduation as private candidate.

ya i think u can apply but only education points will be allocated if obtained full time as a regular student private education will not be accepted. |

Dear when did u get medical request and did u get it through regualr mail or tcs. And for dmp in lahore check out cic website.And did u get job verification call. Regards |

just a couple of days back via tcs. well, 4 dmp's are mentioned on the website but I am just seeking advice if someone has a personal experience with any of the dmp's in lahore |

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 27, 2010. The London England office may contact you. any body knows what is telling this  |

Just for information of all respectable members regarding returning of my original documents. I just received an e-mail from CHC London and they have dispatched my all original documents to my brothers address who lives in UK. I Insha Allah will receive all original documents by coming Wednesday.
CHC further mention in his e-mail that I have to send original documents again in future when CHC will require them. |

today I got a call from global visas and they ask abt my education and work history and they said you are not quafiled for FSW to qualify for fsw you need 4 years of experience after discussion he said their is one program IES which is aviable for you you have pay our fees 7000 UAE dihrams so we can arrange a job for you. what do you think are they .

To me it is a fraud. IES stands for Immigrant Entrepreneurs Summit. Just google it and you will understand. |

Dear MBKP, You are right at your end and thanks for accepting my views too. I can understand how difficult this phase of waiting is and to understand my simple post but my point is if your case is accepted, you will get the visa for sure, sooner or later. Application status can also be checked at CIC website. They will process the case whenever they find suitable, so no need to involve in so much pain. Am I right? I dont think they can process the case in 12 months. I also waited for 2+ years. It also depends on case to case. Anyway, its totally your choice. I was just sharing my views, do not intended to hurt any of my Pakistani brother. Best of luck to all. |

I earned Master's Degree in Hydropower Engineering ( Dams, Powerhouses). It is a Civil Engineering branch and only few institutes in world provide this degree.
Yes you are right and I already mentioned this fact in my earlier post.
Sounds nice.. I googled it they are offering it at ntnu Norway. However it's true that it not very common.I heard they also require many people from computer science.... |
