Bro WAS
I got my engineering degree from Belarus. A country which is located next to Poland and former stated of USSR and  from where Pakistan imports Tractors. But degree or education in my case is not main reason to get this job. First of all it is Grace of Allah that he provided me this opportunity. Secondly my engineering specialization is very rare and now a days in all around the world there is a boom in my specialization and skilled worker in my field are in shortage. Thirdly, I am currently, working in Singapore and therefore possesses international work experience which plays a major role in getting an international job.

Obviously Norway is better choice as It is a permanent job with Pensions scheme, medical is free for family and ever government provideos stipend to children and schooling is also free. But Norway is  most expensive country. Taxes are very high starting from 28% upto 50% of the income. But salaries are also respectively higher than other world.

Very nice.. which engineering decepline are u in? And do you have masters or bachelors ?  Norway might have higher taxes but also has much higher pays....

Kindly brothers/seniors, I need your urgent help, I applied on Oct 10, and CIC send my case to RVO is London on Feb, 11..
I claimed points
Edu..........M. Phil full time from Pakistan 18 years of education (25)..Also tell will they give 25 points or 22 points for M. Phil
Exp..........21
Age.............10
Spouse (B.Sc)/B/Relation.............3 + 5
IELTS.............................8
Total ===with 25 points of M. Phil and blood relation is 72
Total ===with 22 points of M. Phil and with out blood relation is 64

On 4th Jan, 12, I received an email from RVO, they asked some more prove of my blood relation..Actually my uncle has Canadian immigration so I claimed 5 points..But the problem is that he is (my uncle) has shifted to America in 2004..but have some property in Canada.
With my application I submitted utility bills and other documents as prove but now they demanded some more documents which is as under:-
•   Provide official, objective, legible documentation to prove that you are related to your relative.

Documents should include birth certificates and marriage certificates. The certificates must state the parents' full names. You must provide certificates for each person that links you to your relative. All documentation must predate your application. Affidavits prepared for the purpose of your application will not be considered conclusive evidence of your relationship.
•   Provide proof that your relative is living in Canada now.
This should include: pay slips issued to your relative by their employer in Canada, Canadian income tax documents (recent Notice of Assessment), credit card and bank account statements in your relative's name showing transactions that occurred in Canada. We will not accept utility bills, telephone bills and property ownership documents as conclusive evidence that your relative is living in Canada.
Kindly brother help me I am very much worried..waiting for your reply

Don't worry dear u will get the required points if they don't give u points for ur blood relative as u will get 25 points for ur m.phill

I am not sure. I think if he was passing the 67 point barrier without relative points chc might not have sent him request to prove it. Sending it could only mean that those points are crucial for his application. But that's me ofcourse.. Ask qorax only he can answer you with surety..

Dear friends, I was just wondering, why people are so curious regarding their address appear/disappear and bla bla things ....  Smiley

You have filed your case, now let them do their job.. If you are eligible they will let you know and after all processing you will get the visa in the end, if not then your application package will be returned.

In my opinion, once applied then invest your time in planning for the future and try to prepare yourself for Canada and be confident that you will get the visa. See available jobs in Canadian job market in your field of interest, investigate and collect information/requirements of the employers, update your resume as per Canadian standards etc etc. Invest your precious time in these things as you have to do all these things anyway, so choice is yours, do research and upgrade yourself while sitting in home country or in Canada (while doing odd jobs) which will be quite difficult I think.

Please dont mind kuin k In my opinion "Baat karo haq ki, chahay hat jaye sab ki"  Smiley  just kidding .... but please think

Best of Luck to all.

I earned Master's Degree in Hydropower Engineering ( Dams, Powerhouses). It is a Civil Engineering branch and only few institutes in world provide this degree.

Yes you are right and I already mentioned this fact in my earlier post.

what you are saying is right, I also didnt understand this thing, but what I noticed this adress appearing disappearing is followed by some action on your applicantion by VO in most of the case .

Dear Muneer
Everyone including you and me on this forum is interested to know the status of his application and wants to compare with others to make sure that  his application is going in normal way. that is why people are looking for these things as indicators

Otherwise we should not visit this forum after sending the full documents and simply wait for the results and look for jobs in Canada on different sites.
