i applied as doctor in march 2009 and received aor from nova sacatio canada on 12 april 2009 then on 6 july 2009 i sent my full application to isb.
at aor 12 april my online status was just they receive applicaion  and now my in my status  only it is showing my residence address.
plz tell me how can i check my further application  status ?

This is very nice forum and few guyz like Amerz, Ra00, hot lier and manj are very informative and they are providing good condultancy.

Why do we need to have birthcertificate with our application. Because birth date is written in alomst every degree and CNIC.
Also why do we need Marriage Certificate, if Spouse CNIC is indicating that I am her husband.
i had a relative in Canada, and she is aunt (sister to mother) of my spouse. What documents will i need to prove that she has relation with us.
If i launch my application before the birth of my baby then how much time will be taken to include him with us. I have to apply before the birth of baby because my alowed 120 days will end before baby's birth.

We have to provide documents according to  the checklist and there is another option if you have solid reason for not submitting the documents, provide it in  the form of explanation with your application. According to CHC Isb we have to submit original birth certificates & Nikah nama when submitting full application.

Rigmarole is correct, everything must be followed as per checklist. Secondly, though you point is valid that what is the purpose of birth certificates whereas, there are so many documents verify the same thing. Secondly, what is the use of Nikkah Nama where on the spouse's CNIC there a status of married and husband name shows everything. BUT!!!
Policy is policy and you never know what is the purpose of these evidences in thier veiw point, could be anything...
So far as you last point is concerned, you are advised to do what is current status, anything change in your family status can be requested at then and there. I will have to check how much time is required in such type of changes. Other members are also requested to shed some light...

Do I need to send a CV and passport bio data page with initial application?

According to my knowledge Cv is not required only passport biodata is required.

Could anybody advice that amount which is fixed deposited in "National Savings Center" (Qaumi Bachat Bank) on my spouse name would be accepted as proof of funds in my initial application (CIO) and for later stage as well, as it can be encashed any time within 7 days.

No brother, no activity at all. I checked from my bank and my office for any verifications - nil. All is quiet for me though. I do not understand what is going on at CHC. Just waiting.

Hi Saify,

Let me boost your moral. Policy says you need to send the Birth certificate, BUT CHC Islamabad had been accepting your Matric certificate and your passport as proof of your DOB in the past. Even if you have one, the birth certificate has to be issued within three months of your birth date from relevant Municipal Corporation office. They do not accept fresh entries for oldies like us. I did not have for me or my dependents, so I sent an email to clarify the point. They replied that they would accept my matric & passport endorsements as proof of my DOB.

For the relative in Canada part, you need to have Nikah Namas of your relative (Khala) and your mother's (both) to prove that they are real sisters. (Bay-form did not exist at that time). The addresses and their father's name would show the commonality and mutual relationship. Besides that you need to have her (your aunt's) passport copy, residency card copy, social security card copy and NICOP card copy if she had one made from Pakistan to prove that she is Canadian PR/citizen.

"Only liquid cash" that means, bank account (saving/current) etc

Please see this quote "Note: Bank Certificates / Letters, Joint Bank Account Statements (where co-holder is other than your spouse) or Bank Statement if it is in the name of the Company/Business, Bank Drafts, Saving/Investment documents, Fixed Deposits and Property Evaluation certificates are not accepted as proof of funds."
