Download new guide..and u know each and every thing in it

Hi all. My application was submitted in Feb 2009. After submitting documents, in August 2009 I havent received any info or update. This month I emailed them London office on the webform about my case and they responded by asking me for updated immigration application and background declaration. I am trying to fill the forms, but I want to ask everyone what is UCI? I know my immigration file number. Is it the same thing? Should I write my file number in UCI?

plz paste here email reply, after this we can guide properly.
UCI :unique client identifier when we apply caipsnotes , UCI mentioned in caipnotes.
its different from B****** file no , but we can check our status from both of these file no.
when you checked your status here is first option Identification Type: UCI option mentioned in it.

asalamoalikum,
Dear forum members the caps in my category NOC 2121, has reached up to 392 till 8th December, and my application in fact bank statement will be ready on Tuesday do i will be safe or in danger of reaching caps on till 16 Dec, inshallah i will send my application on Tuesday and according to FED EX i will be delivered till Friday 16 Dec.
i am disturbed right now, plz comment

hi  I receive a  additional documents request today it is a general format but it has some new information which I want to share with all of you, may be it will help to any member who want to claim relative in Canada point .
Details  is as follow:-
+ Provide proof that relative is a citizen or PR of Canada : This must include a copy of their Canadian passport, Citizenship, record of landing( IMM1000) or PR card.
+Provide proof that your relative is living in Canada at this time: Proof of residency should include Pay slip issued to your relative by their employer in Canada , Canadian Income Tax documents( recent notice of assessment) credit card and bank account statement showing that transaction occurred in Canada, We will not accept Utility bills, Telephone and Property Ownership documents as conclusive  evidence that your relatives is living in Canada.

From which email address they ask you for additional documents request?.

I am confused, does the cap count increases on each PER as as they recieve an application.

I sent my application on 19th Oct 2011 under 3112. The Cap is filling like hell. 30-35 increase each week. will reach 500 by 3-4 weeks.

I am confused and worried.

After a long gap I saw my status and 'In Process' was written there,

Here everybody knows the date when 'IP' is written...Now how can

I bring the date for my case being in process??

sajid it is not necessary to get bank statement directly from head office of  the bank it is okay if you get it from your bank branch  ( where u have account) i did not wait to get bank statement from my bank head office i just asked my bank branch manager to provide my account statement summary amd a letter mentioning that i have a account in your bank and he provided me on the same time. i think you should also get your bank account statement summary from your bank and send your application as soon as possible .

I am more concerned about the decesion made line in the detail.

4 days ago i sent enquiry of my application. Today i received their answer and unfortunetly it is not so good. Tey clearly mention they are processing feb 2008 upto 25 june 2011 of those category which are on demand right now. Also they said they received 425,000 application on which 144,000 cant answer yet. They mention these application shall wait now more 2 years and more for processing. This means applicant after 25 june 2011 have no chance to get in process even after end of 2011 and in future 2012 up till the time they revised the categories and add our into current.

So those of us whose category is not in todays current categories prayer and wait long uptil the time ur category add/amend.

May Allah Bless us all and full fill our prayers and dreams AMEEN.
