Hi eshaghbina,
Best practice is what CHC has requested in Employer Reference Letter (with full contents e.g. Your employee number, your status if contractual or permanent, your date of joing, your titles/designations datewise from the date of joining to till date and detailed responsibilities under each title if more than one etc).
But as you said that your institution has given you very simple letter. In this case you must write CHC a note with your employer letter that this is usual practice our company/institution issues experience/reference letters on this format and doesn't accept any external format. Hence, you are going to attach an annexure a JD (job description) which can be verified by them anytime.
Further, as you mentioned that Business Cards are not available so they are not mandatory but give better presentation with contact details of the certifying authority. (It's ok).

This is really very informative room. I am going to apply for can. immig. under Federal skilled worker catagory. I want to know that will it be possible for me to do my own business there while i will be there on skilled worker visa? Or it is essential for me to do some job relating my catagory?

Dear Gujjar, Yes you can do anything, business or job, whatever you like once you end up there. I am waiting for my result, and if it is positive, I wish to speak with you regarding some possible future business there. My younger brother is in Toronto for last ten years and he did try in Pizza business, but you need lots of money to setup and then luck has to play part in success. Pray for me.
