hi  I receive a  additional documents request today it is a general format but it has some new information which I want to share with all of you, may be it will help to any member who want to claim relative in Canada point .
Details  is as follow:-
+ Provide proof that relative is a citizen or PR of Canada : This must include a copy of their Canadian passport, Citizenship, record of landing( IMM1000) or PR card.
+Provide proof that your relative is living in Canada at this time: Proof of residency should include Pay slip issued to your relative by their employer in Canada , Canadian Income Tax documents( recent notice of assessment) credit card and bank account statement showing that transaction occurred in Canada, We will not accept Utility bills, Telephone and Property Ownership documents as conclusive  evidence that your relatives is living in Canada.

I think there is no need to worry, these are just normal documents which they were supposed to ask for. Relax and wait

Just routine documents. No twist in your case rather u r near to get the maple leaf.

were you maintaining money in your account from last 2 years? if yes then why they ask again for submit POF?

I am maintaining around 50% of the required amount in my account from last ONE year. for the balance i hace purchased GOLD. at the time of reuirement of POF, i will sell the GOLD to maintain the required POF.
Is this OK?

i do the same.but its up to VO he can ask any time for pof. On this forum there are many appliants who were maintaining pof from last 2 years but vo ask them again for submit pof, it means VO didnt verify there funds.

i think its 50-50 chances that vo verify from bank because there is no points for showing pof but its good for you if you maintaining funds. but if you do mistake in the points system for example in age factor,experience,ielts,proof of relation ship and education then it can be rejection. if you didnt maintain funds i think VO gives you another chance to show pof again becoz there is nothing mention on CIC web site that you maintain funds for the whole process till visa.

if we check the uk policy for student and immigration, there is requirement that student and immigrant should maintain require funds in account for 28 days to 3 months and they will give you 10 point if you maintain funds.

My case is also "in process" but whn i click it, it doesn't show the line that we started processing ur file .......
So much worried about that:(

I just recieved a call from one of my previous employer that they have recieved a call from CHC-London for the verification this morning . They asked different questions and then suddenly the line was dropped. They din't call back again. Is it a positive sign? I need your suggestion.

it may be shows the line written??
