Thanks Shoaib. Can you please confirm following is the address where I should send this that I have on the medical request received from them? (this address is slightly different than the address where we send full documents and I think is for medical section.. so just want to confirm):

IMMIGRATION AND MEDICAL SERVICES DIVISION
MACDONALD HOUSE
38 GROSVENOR STREET

UNITED KINGDOM

Can someone who got reply label also confirm this please?

His NOC is 0213 and sep 2009 applicant, he were asked for update documents in oct 2010.
