Thanks For the wellcome Hot-Lier, I was looking almost daily to this forum and really found very informative chats. This is very halpful for evryone.. Well my history is below: First application to CIO, NS Canada through feddex = Received on 23rd March 2009 First AOR received= 24th April 2009 (Letter Date is 7th April 2009) NOC Category = 0213 Application File Deadlilne = 30 July 2009 (120 Days) Ielts = done with 6.5 Band (Just Got the Score) I am preparing my file but i got a problem that i have calculated my wifes 3 points when applied but i am not finding the supporting documents of her, like her degrees etc. so i am 3 points short. Infact i was not expecting the reply from CIC this urgent, i thought to go for french also along with the ielts, but now i dont have the time, anyhow, i have left everything to Allah, He has the power and He will guide me the way. So this is the reason i am ready to participate with you all guys to pray mutually for the benefits of all in the group. InshAllah we will all succeed. Ameen. |

The only advantage of marriage is that you can earn extra points for your spouse education  )) LOL Azfar...What are your points without calculating your spouse's points? Secondly can't you get duplicates of degree from the institute...I dont think it is not possible ? |

"Hope all ur lies would be washed away now "or "Hope u r not lying " Just kidding. = = = = = = = = = Finally i got the letter of +ve outcome, Alhamdulillahi Rabil Aalameen.But they have also asked to submit couple of more documents. Like another police certificate etc. They didn't return my job letters(orignals) Did u guys got the job letters back??? They just sent my school transcripts back which were also originals. Thanks for ur support Man-J, Domingo, Hot-Lier, ImranAli & all others. Tommorrow is Friday & Surah-e-Yaaseen is on... InshAllah. |

Yes, you are right, that i should go for duplicates, but i tried, she even didnt hhave any evidence of the education record, therefore, i checked with her school (DPS, Lahore), they have given me a long procedure like any other governement institute. Please note that they have entertained my request on some Tawuun with them. So i thought to spend money on french, instead of giving bribe to her school, Board and than university. Anybody please guide me on Bank Statement. Can i submit a joint saving account in Euros btwn me and my wife? |

Sur i am so happy for you now and i will love to say that again that i have guessed that Canadian Immigration is much flexible to accomodate the applications in sense of Immigration. InshaAllha all of us will be having Good news....Just the thing kills is the wait and suspence and i also have been a part of it.
