Hello All..

I had applied for Canadian Immigration on 4th July 2011 in FSW, NOC 1122. MY application reached in Sydney Nova Scotia on 13th July 2011 and i have written proof of delivery also from my courier company DHL. But when i did not receive any AOR from CIC till 20th sep 2011, i emailed them and they informed that my application packet has been sent back on 24th Aug as the quota had capped. ( Though i have not received the application packet back yet!!!) What i dont understand that when my whole application set was delivered to CIC in Nova Scotia by 13th July and by that time, quota had not been capped (or reached to 500 max!) then why they are returning my application?

I have emailed CIC on this with written proof o delivery also but no response yet. Any friend who could advise any expert opinion here. My application was complete from all angles.  Thank you

dear Mr. javed

at least you are lucky they told you correctly in fact.

there are not hundreds, thousands of  people like us stuck in the middle of this immigration venture. not only this we have almost paid  all the fees and still we don't know what and when we will have call from them.

i advice you to read at  least last 5 pages of this topic on this forum and you will have exact picture of the story.

what ever, i will suggest you to apply again but please keep one thing clearly in your  mind that you will have to wait for couple of years for immigration. this is what they call FAST TRACK SYSTEM.

Dear Shahid,

VO asked for updated forms in March this year, which they received on the 22nd of March. After that it is complete silence. Cheers

rauf

dear rauf

check new highly demanded noc list on cic website. your noc is not in new list.

i think it is the reason they hold your process.

Assalam o Alaikum Everyone,

I am going to apply under NOC 3112.
Can anyone please help me with following questions:
1- Form-B is not needed?
2- Do I need to include all the forms even if they are NOT applicable such as Additional Dependants/Declaration, use of a representative etc?

I appreciate your efforts for helping out each other,
Thanks a lot

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry.

The documents are on file.

CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011.  Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament.  As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume.

Yours sincerely,

Client Service Unit (LMF)

Dear Sattar

Thanks for including my name in list following is my time line.

I need to ask a very important question. Hope you can answer it.

NOC                   7242, 9222, 0911
App Filed CIO       19-March-2010
First AOR             19 May 2010
Case Tran LVO      26 may 2010
Documents Sent    20 June 2010
2nd AOR               27 July 2010
IP status since      27 July 2010

I recieved first AOR through email. in that email they referred me to follow  instruction guide E37023 London Visa office specified Instruction Guide.

i can email this guide to you.

in this instruction guide on page 5 they asked me to pay Right of permanent residence fee with all documents.

I sent them a draft of 980 CAN Dolor.

My question is that do they ask this fee from everyone with documents?

Can you advise me on this.

Shahid

The whole process is completed by assigning BFDs, its not just a date dear.....

Your case will be processed and PR Visa will be issued and there will be a BFD for Visa stamping / Case closure as well.... Hope you got the point.....

Hi

So it means that you will get visa by that time. Right or will it take more time after that?

Hi

I have again some questions about the processing time line:

1) Which timeline will be applicable on us, London or Islamabad
2) If time line mention 26 mths does it mean that you  usually get visa during that time?

Sorry for so many questions  Embarrassed

Dear All,
Please guide me about sending the original transcripts/marksheets of my MSc. and BSc degrees.

In the document checklist it is mentioned that Original Transcripts of all successfully completed studies should be submitted.
Does it mean that I need to send my ORIGINAL marksheets or is it OK to submit notary public certified copies of transcripts/marksheets?

I am confused because usually duplicate of Masters or Bachelors Transcripts/marksheets are not issued from the university. One can apply for duplicate certificates or degrees but transcripts/marksheets are usually issued only once. So if I send my original marksheets then it may be a problem.. Please GUIDE...
