Dear Sir,

I really appreciate your effort, Qorax, Paris and other respectable members for the precious time you all are giving to this site. This forum has saved lot of people from going into the hands of Immigration Agent(i.e. looter, deceivers or you can say them cheaters and dacoos). I belongs to a  average family and can not afford a fraud of thousands rupees as immigration requires following amounts:


    Approx Rs.150,000 as an advance of agent + Rs150,000 for immigration fee + Original documents

After getting AOR, agents are forcing you to give them more money for processing the case which is totally fraud. If you will ask them that i want to discontinue my case and do not even the money get back from you even then they will not returned back your originals.
Thanks once again for all member. God will give you the reward for the help you are giving to people for making their future bright through right track

All those Pakistani applicants who have received Medicals Please tell if their addresses had disappeared before MR and after how much time of re-appearance of address did they receive MR ?

There is a strong possibility that they will increase the FSW quota and if so then we may get our Visa processed within first three months of 2012.....

I think applying for CAIPS notes will be beneficial at the start of 2012....

I agree but this applies to other nationalities in addition to ours, as well..... because they have received huge number of applications and now they realize that they do not require so many FSWs, hence they want to discourage us so that the number of applicants are reduced as much as possible...

All this seems to be a result of faulty immigration policies at the part of CIC, i am afraid.... and only Pakistani politicians should not be blamed of doing so............

Dear fellows.            1: if a male applicant have two spouses as per islamic and pakistani law what canadian immigration law says about it? Will they accept two spouses in single application for immigration and issue visas for both the spouses with main applicant?                                                         2:  If an applicant got visa with one spouse and enter in canada and later on come back to pakistan and marry again without divorcing his first wife will CIC again accept 2nd wife in legal relation and issue her a family visa?                                           Cheeta
