Thanks for the reply. I need to know dont we have to send the Authorization to Disclose Information signed letter. How many numbers of photo I ahve tos end along with application form.

thanks for the detailed info. Do we need to send the mailing labels containg my home address. secondly whats the mailing address on which i need to send my application package. what abt photos, how many? and do i need to sogn them from back too

all fsw have to apply nova scotia with ielts+ forms at initial stage
You do not need IELTS to apply for initial stage... Only forms plus Fee plus Passport Copy plus two mailing labels are sufficient...IELTS is now mandatory with initial application form. you can see the form now, it is clearly mentioned 'attach ielts result'. we were lucky to clear ielts at second stage  |

If you are talking about last page of Appendix A Checklist for CHC Islamabad, Authorisation to Disclose Information Form then Yes you will send it.... Better to send at initial stage..
You do not need to send any photo or paste it on forms at initial stage.. |

Just one query! After sending your Full Application with Docs ,did you recieve AOR before this Approval letter? or they directly send this Letter without AOR!!! I have sent my Docs on 7th May,2009 and yet to recieve any communication from CHC,Isb.Lastly whats you Ecas status? please mention the details of Ecas....

on the form titled application for permanent residence in canada there is a place for photo to be apsted and in guidelines pdf doc they have given specifin info abt photos. how can u say that we dont have to send any photo of principal applciant in the intial stage

Secondly by mailing labels u mean envelops or jsut a piece of paper/label containng my correspondence address. All these lables should be in English or one in english and one in urdu

Well when you look at IMM0008, there is a space reserved for Photo.. that does not mean that you will paste it. Moreover at initial stage you do not need to paste photographs at specified place.. You need two labels one in English and one in Urdu.. Only labels are required that may be on plain paper |
