Hi all,
I have planned to apply for FSW this month or in next, but I am really confused as when I did my assessment on CIC official website I was granted 67 marks which are obviously the passing marks for immigration, ON this forum I found people who send application with things rather similar to mine,can anybody help me that this assessment on their website is key and how many percent is as in real they do assessment, will I be eligible for acceptance of my application my particulars are as:
1.   FSC
2.   BSC(HONS)
3.   MSC(HONS) OR M.PHIL=TOTAL 18 YEARS OF EDUCATION= 25 MARKS
4.   ONE AND HALF YEARS EXPERIENCE AS RESEARCH OFFICER IN GOVT.AGRICULTURE AND STILL I AM WORKING IN SAME CAPACITY
8 MONTH WORK EXPERIENCE AS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER IN A PESTICIDE COMPANY= 17 MARKS
5.   AGE=10 MARKS
6.   IELTS= 12 MARKS
7.   SPOUSE 12 YEARS OF EDUCATION= 3 MARKS
GRAND TOTAL IS 67 ??/
AM I EILIGIBLE PLZ HELP ME OUT I AM CONFUSED

Dear friends, PIA free baggage allowed the dimension of baggage is 62 linear inches/158 cm (length + width + height) for international travel but I facing a problem to find out the exact dimension of the suitcase. I found suitcases in the market about 64 inches dimension.
Please advise me that do they strictly follow the diemension or not? Can i purchase the 64 inches dimension suitcases?

Yesterday,I e.mailed to LVO about case status(case specific enquiry), and today (surprisingly) got the nswer as:

Dear Sir/ Madam,
 
I can confirm that your application is pending review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file.

I will be grateful if someone could reply my following queries:
1- Police Certificates
    Due to my relocation on 12 Sep 2010 to Singapore, I am short of one police certificate. Will there be any problem? I tried to get it through my brother but DSP refused to verify my certificate and ask that I have to be present before him. Should I write to CHC Londo about this
2- I submitted my Bank letter as proof of fund as in Singapore banks do not provide bank statements. Will it be OK? Generally when I start to maintain my minimum balance?

3-In my main form I typed my current profession wrong. Should I inform to CHC about my this?

I have received e-mail from your FSW-Centralized Intake Office on 7 July 2011. In which they refused my case because of insufficient
points, but till today(16 september 2011) I do not receive my original documents which very painful for me.

Starhaider and other seniors please help me what should i do ?? is there any email address to contact CIC ??

My address on E-Cas status disappeared on 28 August 2011 and is still missing. Is there anyone else too on this thread whose address is also missing since that long or anyone who has received some good news after this long disappearance??

From the updated list provided by staralihaider on page 1719 I got to know that you are also with the same boat. My E-CASE status is also "Inprocess" from 31.05.2011.
I Just want to know that you people got any type reply/email from London office or not ?
I didn't receive anything from London office till 31st May.

CIC send documents via regular and it takes about 2-4 months to reach the destination. I think you will receive your documents in couple of weeks otherwise quite possible next month.

I am new to this forum, I would really appreciate if you can help me in clarifying the following points as I am about to submit my documents to CIO under Federal Skilled Worker Category.

1) Where do I need to send my complete application and documents? I am confused because in the Instruction Guide it is written that the application should be sent to the following address

Federal Skilled Worker,
Centralized Intake Office

But when I read the London, UK visa office instruction, it says that "All Economic Class applicants (Federal skilled workers, Provincial Nominees and Skilled workers destined to Quebec) from Pakistan, must use these instructions and submit their application to the London, United Kingdom visa office"

Now please confirm what should i do??

2) I dont have birth certificate of my wife, If i attach her SSC certificate alongwith her CNIC and passport copies then would it be enough orI need to attach more items?

After a very very long wait i receive a good news from CHC , They schedule my interview on Nov,2011, so let see what is the next on my luck, any way as per my time line they arrange my interview after 2 1/2 year from filing a case.I hope now every thing go smoothly no more lonnnnnnnnnnnnng wait .
