Pakistan Applicants Waiting For *Medical Request*...

Hello Guys
Please suggest me a solution.
Today I got reply from LVO regarding status of my Application. They have replied that They have already sent me the Medical form on 15th May 2012 which I didnt receive yet. Please suggest me the solution as normally the time for medical is 3 months, right? and I didnt get their mail. How can I do it?

How to do Medicals w/out the forms?

Usually we need to do our meds thru the forms [IMM1017] supplied by our VO [the concerned CHC]. However, there could be reasons for doing the same WITHOUT them. Eg. the forms are lost, the CONsultant is withholding them, forms r somewhere & u r somewhere else etc. In such case, we 'can do the meds w/out the forms' too. Here's how:

1. Email CHC again to re-issue u the IMM1017 [med forms]... if time permits.
2. If not, Contact a DMP for an appointment.
3. Inform the DMP, in advance, that u want to do the meds "w/out" the forms.
4. They can get your meds done by 'creating' those forms* for u.

*Note:
- All DMPs have those 'blank'* forms.
- All they need is an 'authority' to do so. If u have the CHC's email - it would suffice.
- If u don't have an email from CHC, yet the DMP'll be happy to assist u [read they want the money].
- They'll need your File No. + 2xPhotos to prepare the forms [specific for u].
- U need to show the DMP your original Pps & pay the DMP's Fees [of course].

Important: If u do not get the CHC's nod to do the meds, remember the meds expire by 1yr & your visa/s will be valid till that period 'only' [except if anyone of your dependent's Pps expire before that, then it'd be earlier]. So, doing the meds early could be risky - as it might offer u lesser time to 'land'. If that's Ok with u, plz be free to get the meds done earlier.

                 I am getting worried because my RPR DD, is yet to be en-cashed, even after passing two months of receipt.

                                 Any idea or suggestion on the situation ?

As per their policy, they do not confirm receipt of any documents. It is also stated in their website. So do not worry and keep your fingers crossed. Things will be fine.

                Since than I have sent two email queries to LVO but they did not bother to reply or confirm the receipt of documents, Don't send multiple emails as it may irritate VO. Wait for at least 4 months to send any CSE after Medical received at LVO. That has been written in letter received with MR.
                  
                 I am getting worried because my RPR DD, is yet to be en-cashed, even after passing two months of receipt. Don't worry it's normal. It'll further take 1-3 months to receive PPR.

                                 Any idea or suggestion on the situation ?

My original degrees and transcripts were received by Mr AZIZ in CHC London, as reported in DHL tracking system. Is anyone in this forum whose docs were received by this person who seems to be a Muslim working in CHC London.

Yes this is another famous guy who receive parcels. I have seen at least 3 people on forum who's parcel received by same person.

LVO did not answer to my CSE yet. I talked to the DMP but he said i will need the forms to get done with medical. and i am curious that they must have asked something else as well in the mail including my forms.
I am in Karachi. So how can i get done with it? Anyone has the same experience? Kindly guide me.

And for your information he is Pakistani too, but it doesn't matter from which ethnicity they are because they are just on the reception to receive mails. As earlier said by seniors don't send irrelevant emails for asking ur status unless time lapse. Like they asked you to send docs within 90 days and you sent them within 30 days, even you have to wait atleast 90 days for your email to Visa Officer. So don't irritate VO without any reason bcz they know the thing you are asking you can confirm from your courier too.

What I recommend if you really can't control yourself, there is a requirement by VO to inform them immediately if there is change like ur address, telephone or status. Like you send email to them that your Mobile Number is changed and then after two or three months your email address. You can say its POKE.
Just poke them. So might be during updating your address or mobile phone they will send you the final letter for visa.

Hi we have got a query on 31st july from CIC regarding spouse School name as they wanted to confirm if its correct .. We have got a letter from the school and given it to consultant who will finally reply them with some supporting docs .. the deadline is 9th aug, 2012  and the email was sent by CKL. I have following queries:

Has the VO completed reviewing our file or its still pending?
Can we expect medicals as we have been in process since 5th april 2011?
Any comments regarding CKL?

NOC is 3152 and app received on 1st dec 2010..

However your third answer is not related. I meant that it shouldn't be a matter of worry. They'll en-cash DD once BG checks gets over. Sometimes they en-cash it early but sometimes after completion of BG checks.
