What did he ask? Can u share and did he ask original degree and transcripts.

In July 2011 i got IP, he asked for bank statement, in may 2012 he asked for schedule A, in July 2012, he asked for eduation history, in July 2012 he emailed me a form (supplementary information) and asked complete it and send it back. I have already submitted my original education docs with application. |

Few months back I asked CIC that give me reason for such a long delay and background checks. They replied that their headquarter is interested in my previous Government job. Then i wait for two more months and sent two more queries but same answer, at last I sent fax to CSIS. CSIS is the agency who handle all background checks out side Canada and work with Canadian border security agencies.
If your getting same answer from long time (at least one year) then you can send fax to CSIS, its their responsibility to send you case status with in one month.

But as far as Qorax posts are concerneed.........these TRavel history checks should be included in Security checks after Medicals rather than Before medicals. |

I HAVE A JOB HISTORY BUT NOT ON GOVT LEVEL. AND AS FOR AS FOREIGN HISTORY IS CONCERN, YES I KNOW THIS ELEMENT LEADS TO THE LENGTHY BC CHECKS REGARDS, Hi.......

As on my Inquiry CHC london inform me that they have sent me Medical instruction On June 01 2012 on my Karachi Address i replied that I have not received medical instruction kindly advice 3 days passed to my reply but did not get answer. My postal area is DHA karachi I asked them they denied it.
Please guide me what should i do.
What is duration of Medical Instruction. If expired then?

Write to your visa officer to resend them. Did he send them through TCS? Who is your Visa Officer. What abbreviation does he write? |

INshort.....my application reach to CIO on 15/06/2011 and in dec 2011 was told by RIH that medial is ready for me. Jan 5, 2012.....I added my son to application, Feb 10, 2012.....medical recieved for full family. May 8, 2012.....recieved visa and now in Mississauga, Toronto since July 3, 2012. Family of 4.....completed full landing process at Toronto airport in just 30 minutes. Ramadan Mubarik Regards |
