i got approval on reconsideration ... CHC admitted their mistake
i received that email on 13 June following that my ecas status changed to in process again from DM
when i will be advised for next processing steps... MR or updated documents....

MAY BE THE BC CHECKS OVER AND THE FILE SENT FOR REVIEW TO YOUR IO FOR FURTHER ACTION. BUT ONE THING IS CLEARED THAT WHEN EVER ONE STEP OVER, THE FILE IS FORWARDED FOR REVIEW TO AN IO HOPEFULLY THIS WILL OR IS GOING TO BE HAPPEN IN YOUR CASE REGARDS, @ Shahiabibi: last several responses from my VO has been "Back ground checks", however,
as per my latest caips, its says in notes section "File sent for Review"
what do you think?
are the background checks done?

OK THANK YOU I COME TO KNOW THAT THE BC CHECKS TOOK ABOUT 9 TO 10 MONTHS IN YOUR CASE REGARDS, Dear
As far as I remember first e-mail received in Sept 2011, informing about the background Check,
and you can extract any conclusion of the ENDING DATE OF MY BC CHECKS by considering information in my previous post.
" We are stuck in a cycle of unjust processing priorities"

MAY BE YOU HAVE SENT THEM THE FEE FOR YOU CHILD TO ADD IN YOUR APPLICATION...... NOW THE CHC ARE GOING SEND BACK YOUR FEE BECAUSE THE DECISION ABOUT YOUR CASE HAS BEEN TAKEK PLACE BEFOR THE CHC RECEIVED YOUR FEE FOR YOUR CHILD....... REGARDS Hi all

1. After meds u've a rare chance of being asked for ur POF again. 2. If asked, u must have ur complete funds in ur a/cs, else u could face trouble. |
