I have sent my final application in Jan'2010 and got 2nd AOR in start of Feb'2010.

My file has transferred to London on 27 January.

It means the status is being changed as per dispatching the final docs month...I have sent my final docs in July...and received 2nd AOR on 31st

I am waiting for medical request since 16 December 2009 “received PA letter with subject, will send you medical instructions as next step with in due course”.

I got CAIPS notes in Sep 2010 in which BFD was blank and no information about case transfer to CHC UK.
I sent many queries to CHC Islamabad and CHC London but no one bother to answer properly. Same response each time “your case is in process” even now ISB is replying “As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK ......”
 
So what you say what to do in this scenario?

Alhumduallah!  I am good, what's new at your end. Yes after a long time back in action : D
I am also planning for some alternative steps but issue is that all original documents and experience certificates are with CHC ISB and they are not ready to answer and question.
It's very frustrating that I have wasted 28 valuable months and still waiting for medical instructions.
IM me your cell number, lets back to the board and do some brainstorming.

Thats a good news. The background check has been started on your file. Let it be finished & after that u'll receive MR. I guess now it would not take more than 1-2 months to receive medical.

The Jan. 2010 applicants status have started to change.  Good.  January means the month in which they have sent initial application or the month they sent their final application or received 2nd AOR?

Right now those status has been changing to "In Process" who submitted the docs in January/february 2010, exactly one year before. That means our turn will be around June,July 2011.
