You should have received the letter till now. Normally it takes 22-25 days to receive. Wait for 5-7 days more. Check with TCS and concerned post office. It could be updated documents with original doc return OR MR.

Hello

Finally I received the refusal letter saying that my duties do not match as College and Vocational instructor.

I am planning to file an appeal.

I need your advice about a good lawyer with reasonable legal fees and costs.

Can anybody help me? Please provide as much information as you can. The refusal letter is dated 18 May 2012 and I guess I have only 30 days to file an appeal. Right?

Kind Regards

You should go to main office of TCS Visatronix and ask them to note down your name, address, phone number. Similarly get in touch with the post man of your concerned post office. If the Ecas is in process with date mentioned inside and cic is saying that they have sent you a letter. It's probably a updated document letter OR MR. It might be 6-12 months hold letter because now a days CIC is sending this also.
All the Best.
