passport photos should be fresh or it doesnot matter if I present 2 years back photos which I sent with full doc.  Secondly the receptionist told me about the charges which are as follows.
3250 RS for adult, 1750 RS for child and 650 Re per head for X-Ray. 3500 Re for courier charges. It's altogether 13,050 Rs. Whereas you told me different charges.

What is the issue date of your medical instructions ?

should be fresh passport photos.

yaar isi liay main nay kaha tha ap call kar kay clinic say confirm kar lo. Mughay exact charges nahi yaad thay.

Yes 7400 correct hai.

3500+3250+650     Total 7400 For adult.
