Seniors,, will it take this much of time to process rest of the process.

I got my status in process in my ecase today, my status has been in process on march 21 2012..
Dear star ali please add my time line to ur list.
We received your application for permanent residence on April 16, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 27, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on August 4, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 21, 2012.

Only Allah knows better ... it could be anything .... 6-12 months could be for complete process or only next step. |

I sent emailregarding my noc 0111 n added my JD n my new title as country finance manager,my experience is more than one year till date on this title, I also sent them the proofs so eat do u say, am I on the safe side now n they also sent me the acknolegment of the reciept..should I send them the same letter n documents through courier.. |

Respected All,   Breaking news from myside. Just recieved my PPR step2 via email from London Office. VO give me 30 days to send subit passports. You have dropped an email to update about what you had then. It shows you have done your part at the best of available option. I suggest let the CHC decide now. Hopefully, they would ask for updated documents if they feel it. Do not worry. wait for the others to comment so that you could have mature solutions |

CIC London is responsible for Channel Islands, Denmark, England, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Norway, Scotland, Sweden, Wales (and Economic Class applications from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Yemen & Pakistan.
If we look at the number of countries under LVO 12,600 Visa's for 2012 are just peanuts.
You must remember 500/Category cap condition too which constitute to all visa offices application. |
