WHAT IS YOUR NOC I got a letter from London asking me to submit Declaration A form within 60 days and a letter from my canadian employer in which detail of my job duties and salary etc. within 90 days.I got this letter on 4 April and posting date was 28 march.it was through regular mail.Remember,i applied with arranged employment.

(e) Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence – Federal Skilled Worker [IMM 5620]
0.1. Wife's all education papers.
1. Certificate(s) of marriage (notarized)
2. Copies of passport of spouse (Notarized)
3 Birth certificate of spouse (translated and notarized, if any).
4. 5 copies photographs of spouse as per photo specification.
5. Application fee of spouse
6. National ID of Spouse (Translated and notarized)
7. PCC of spouse (its possible to send later based upon their requirement)
8. Any updates from your side like passport change, job change and so on.

It may complicate the case, an idea could be contacting the post man and, giving some amount as Eidi, serving a cup of tea with Shalwar Qameez with an attempt of developing a good and congenial relationship, this is how he may put extra efforts for directing ur post from Post office to ur home timely.Parallely for any delays, stay in touch with CHC via email and stay connected with this forum as myself, canada1234 and many more waiting for the same. Here an important question now, when should exacly we expect MR to reach us as after updated docs submission , 90 days barrier creating confusions? |

you can do it but as one of the members said, that seems to be the best idea.
Postal Department dont usually loose these typa letters, they know well about whats inside these envelopes.

In my area, i have financially helped out the postman after submitting the final docs to the CHC London. He dropped the 2nd AOR the moment he received from the GPO at the earliest. Why do not u do the same? |
